颐园小区智能用电项目综合能效评价与运营模式

【摘要】:智能用电小区是智能电网发展过程中智能用电技术研究成果实际应用的一项综合性工程。自2009年以来,我国智能用电小区工程建设已开始起步。对用电信息采集系统、智能电能表、电动汽车充电设备与设施、电力光纤到户等智能用电的关键技术已有深入研究,并在北京、天津、重庆,广东等省市陆续开展了智能用电小区示范试点建设项目。 本文主要针对颐园小区智能用电示范建设项目展开。以项目建设涉及的智能用电通信技术、智能交互设备技术、小区智能用电服务软件系统、智能用电采集主站、小区管理主站平台等技术为理论依据,全面对项目进行了深入分析和研究。介绍了项目工程中用电信息采集、三网融合、用电服务互动、示范分布式光伏发电、智能家居等系统功能需求。根据小区智能用电示范建设项目的特点,构建了智能用电小区综合能效评价指标体系,指标体系从智能用电小区的配电智能化、用电智能化、居民用户侧三个角度进行综合评价分析。运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法对该小区智能用电建设项目的综合能效进行了全面分析和评估。通过综合评价,可以实时了解自身的能耗情况和能效水平,降低能耗、节约用电,最终为用户需求侧响应和节能降耗提供决策性依据。通过评价分析结果,设计提出了小区具体运营模式。为智能用电建设项目的推广和应用奠定了良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Intelligent power district is a comprehensive project in the process of intelligent power grid development. Since 2009, the construction of intelligent power district in China has started. The key technologies of intelligent electric energy meter, electric vehicle charging equipment and facilities, electric fiber to home and so on have been deeply studied, and pilot projects have been carried out one after another in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong and other provinces and cities. This paper is mainly aimed at the demonstration project of intelligent power consumption in Yiyuan district. The intelligent power communication technology, intelligent interactive equipment technology, intelligent power service software system, intelligent power collection main station, which are involved in the construction of the project, are introduced in this paper. Based on the theory of the main station platform, the project is thoroughly analyzed and studied. The information collection, the integration of three networks, the interaction of electricity service, the demonstration of distributed photovoltaic power generation in the project project are introduced. According to the characteristics of intelligent power consumption demonstration project in residential area, the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation index system of intelligent power district is constructed. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out from three aspects of the residential user side. The comprehensive energy efficiency of the intelligent electric power construction project in the residential area is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It can know its energy consumption and energy efficiency level in real time, reduce energy consumption, save electricity, and finally provide decision basis for user demand side response and energy saving. The concrete operation mode of the residential area is designed and put forward, which lays a good foundation for the popularization and application of the intelligent electric power construction project.
