配电网的故障定位与供电恢复

【摘要】:配电网作为连接电网和用户的桥梁,其供电可靠性对于电网和用户都有十分重要的意义。随着电力技术的不断发展,配电自动化水平的不断提高,有效地保证了配电网的安全、稳定、可靠运行,而配电网的故障定位和供电恢复是配电自动化技术的基础环节,直接影响配电网自动化水平的高低,从而决定着配电网的运行水平。故本文选择配电网的故障定位与供电恢复作为研究课题。首先,配网故障依据故障电流大小可分为单相接地故障和短路故障两种。接着分别研究两种故障的故障特征,总结出相应的故障定位原理,依据原理制定实施步骤。根据中性点接地方式,单相接地故障又分为中性点不接地系统和中性点经消弧线圈接地两种。配电网发生短路故障后,依据故障路径存在故障电流,非故障路径不存在故障电流的特点,从而可以进行故障定位。最后,通过编程实现相间定位功能,并嵌入实际的配网系统,测试结果表明可以快速准确的实现相间故障定位。配网潮流计算是配网供电恢复的基础,因此重点介绍了潮流计算中常见的前推回代法,给出详细的计算过程,并结合算例有效证明了计算的可行性。最后,介绍了基于启发式规则的配电网供电恢复。依据配电网恢复的相关要求列出了其目标函数及约束条件;依据配电网的实际运行经验,得出配电网供电恢复常用的启发式规则;总结出只考虑与失电区域直接相连的联络开关,实现不同恢复策略下的故障恢复,并采用MATLAB编程有效验证了基于启发式搜索规则对配电网的供电恢复的作用。最后,通过编程实现供电故障恢复功能,并嵌入实际的配网系统,测试结果表明可以有效地恢复供电。
[Abstract]:As a bridge between power network and users, the reliability of distribution network is very important for both power grid and users. With the development of power technology and the continuous improvement of distribution automation level, the security of distribution network is effectively guaranteed. Stable and reliable operation, and distribution network fault location and power supply recovery is the basic link of distribution automation technology, directly affect the level of distribution network automation, Therefore, this paper chooses the fault location and power supply recovery of distribution network as the research topic. Distribution network fault can be divided into single-phase grounding fault and short-circuit fault according to the fault current. Secondly, the fault characteristics of the two kinds of fault are studied, and the corresponding fault location principle is summarized. According to the principle of grounding, the single-phase grounding fault can be divided into two types: neutral ungrounded system and neutral point grounding through arc-suppression coil. After short-circuit fault occurs in distribution network, fault current exists according to fault path. The non-fault path does not have the characteristic of fault current, so fault location can be carried out. Finally, the function of phase-to-phase location is realized by programming and embedded in the actual distribution network system. The test results show that interphase fault location can be realized quickly and accurately. Distribution network power flow calculation is the basis of distribution network power supply recovery. Therefore, the common forward push-back substitution method in power flow calculation is introduced, and the detailed calculation process is given. Finally, the heuristic rule based distribution network power supply restoration is introduced. According to the relevant requirements of distribution network restoration, the objective function and constraint conditions are listed. According to the practical operation experience of distribution network, the heuristic rule of power supply restoration in distribution network is obtained, and the fault recovery under different recovery strategies is realized by considering only the contact switch which is directly connected with the power loss area. The effect of heuristic search rule on power supply recovery of distribution network is verified by MATLAB programming. Finally, the function of power supply fault recovery is realized by programming, and the actual distribution network system is embedded. The test results show that the power supply can be restored effectively.
