长春城市电网规划的研究与设计

【摘要】:电网规划是所在供电区域国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,也是电力企业自身长远发展规划的重要基础之一,其规划水平和质量直接影响到电网供电的安全性、可靠性和经济性水平。随着科学发展观的深入贯彻落实,为了避免随意建设带来资源的浪费和经济损失,科学的电网规划设计日益显得重要,如何提高我国电力系统规划水平特别是城市电网的规划水平是当前电力建设一个迫切解决的技术课题。 论文首先分析了长春市电网现状,在分析现有电网存在问题基础上提出电网规划的优化设计思路。其次从电力负荷预测的原理和方法出发开展了长春市级城市电网电力负荷预测研究,采用综合用电水平法、自然递增率法和弹性系数方法综合比较预测长春地区全社会用电量;在预测用电量的基础上采用最大负荷利用小时数法实现最大负荷预测。最后对长春市采用分区与分级的电网规划方案设计,分别对66kV等级电网和10kV等级电网进行规划技术原则定义与变电站和线路具体设计,并通过规划效果分析说明设计方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:Power network planning is an important part of the national economy and social development in the power supply area, and it is also one of the important foundations of the long-term development planning of power enterprises. The level and quality of the planning directly affect the security of power supply. The level of reliability and economy. With the implementation of the scientific concept of development, in order to avoid the waste of resources and economic loss caused by random construction, scientific power network planning and design is becoming increasingly important. How to improve the level of power system planning, especially the level of urban power network planning, is an urgent technical issue for the current electric power construction. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of Changchun power network, Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the existing power network, the paper puts forward the idea of the optimal design of the power network planning. Secondly, based on the principle and method of power load forecasting, the research on the power load forecasting of Changchun city power network is carried out, and the comprehensive power level method is adopted. The natural rate of increase method and elastic coefficient method are compared to forecast the whole society electricity consumption in Changchun area. Based on the forecast of electricity consumption, the maximum load using hours method is adopted to realize the maximum load forecasting. Finally, the district and hierarchical power network planning scheme is adopted in Changchun. The technical principles of planning for 66kV and 10kV power grids are defined and the substation and line are designed respectively. The rationality of the design scheme is explained through the analysis of the planning effect.
