供电局电网建设工程项目管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:现在越来越多的行业都以计算机管理技术为企业管理基础,在很大程度上这种现象的形成要归功于信息技术的飞速发展。这种现象在电力行业体现得尤为充分。随着我国电力行业的不断发展,原有的大量基于人工管理的方式已经无法跟上企业的基本要求,所以电力行业的企业都在努力地用新型的自动化企业管理去替代传统管理方式。我国在这方面的发展程度远远低于国外先进水平,国外发达国家很早就采用了计算机管理技术和信息管理技术进行工程管理,有些甚至已经达到了虚拟化和网络化的管理水准。文章主要的工作是设计并开发出来一个用于电力行业的管理系统。通过该系统希望能够将电力行业的工程项目全部转变成信息化管理的工程项目,最终实现对项目的各种数据,各种信息实时进行写入、处理以及查询等功能,做到精细化和实时跟踪管理的先进水平。文章第一部分主要介绍了论文选题的背景和意义,简要叙述了国内外对其的研究情况,并对一些主流工程管理系统做了简单介绍,详细探讨了如何进行该类型系统的开发。接着文中对系统的需求做了分析,通过活动图、例图的表现形式将系统的用例和参与者一一做了说明,并对系统的各个模块和对应的功能简单做介绍。系统设计时采用的方式是面向对象设计方式,此外还综合了UML的相关方法,利用汇编语言将系统的各个交互界面一一显示出来;文章最后是对设计的系统做性能和功能检测,并将最终的运行结果显示出来。论文设计的系统已经进入了实际应用阶段,通过实际应用显示出该系统能够很好地完成既定的各项功能目标,能够有效地对电力工程项目方面的内容作自动化管理,极大地解放了员工的工作量,提升了企业工作效率。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, more and more industries are based on computer management technology. To a large extent, the formation of this phenomenon can be attributed to the rapid development of information technology. A large number of methods based on manual management have been unable to keep up with the basic requirements of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises in the electric power industry are trying to replace traditional management methods with new types of automated enterprise management. In this respect, China's level of development is far lower than the advanced level of foreign countries. Computer management and information management techniques have been adopted for engineering management in developed countries. Some have even reached the management level of virtualization and networking. The main work of this paper is to design and develop a management system for the power industry. All the engineering projects that have been transformed into information management, Finally, we can realize the functions of writing, processing and querying all kinds of data and information in real time, so as to achieve the advanced level of fine and real-time tracking management. The first part of the article mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection in this paper. This paper briefly describes the research situation at home and abroad, and briefly introduces some mainstream engineering management systems, and discusses in detail how to develop this type of system. The representation of the example diagram describes the use cases and participants of the system one by one, and simply introduces the modules and corresponding functions of the system. In addition, the related methods of UML are synthesized, and each interactive interface of the system is displayed one by one by assembly language. Finally, the performance and function of the designed system are tested. And the final running result is shown. The system designed in this paper has already entered the practical application stage. Through the practical application, it is shown that the system can accomplish the established function goals very well. It can effectively automate the content of electric power engineering project, greatly liberate the staff's workload and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
