500kV尖山变电站智能监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近几年,我国每年的电力缺口逐年扩大,已经严重制约了各个行业的发展甚至影响到了居民的正常用电。为满足供电需求,四川电网对500k V尖山变电站进行技术改造,变电站智能监控系统是其中一个重要的内容。本文首先从业务需求、系统性能需求、功能需求以及开发技术需求等方面对500k V尖山变电站的智能监控需求进行了全方位的分析。在此基础上,对开发满足上述需求的软件系统的相关技术(技术标准、数据通信技术、数据库技术、Ajax技术)进行了深入分析,明确了设计、开发500k V尖山变电站的智能监控系统的技术路线。最终,通过对系统总体架构、数据库以及功能模块进行设计,基于IEC61850等技术标准,以JAVA技术为核心,采用Ajax技术作为数据的交互式处理的技术手段,结合My SQL数据库开发实现了500k V尖山变电站的智能监控系统。通过系统测试,证实了该系统的实用性及良好的系统性能,在实现提高变电站运维管理工作效率功能的同时,也为未来智能电网背景下的电网信息化技术手段的提升提供了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the annual power gap in China has expanded year by year, which has seriously restricted the development of various industries and even affected the normal electricity consumption of residents. To meet the demand for power supply, Sichuan Power Grid has carried out technical transformation of 500kV Jianshan substation. Substation intelligent monitoring system is one of the important contents. The requirement of intelligent monitoring and control of 500kV Jianshan substation is analyzed from the aspects of function requirement and development technology requirement. On the basis of this, the related technology (technical standard) of developing software system to meet the above requirements is discussed. Data communication technology, database technology and Ajax technology) are deeply analyzed, and the technical route of designing and developing the intelligent monitoring system of 500kV Jianshan substation is clarified. Finally, through the overall structure of the system, Database and function module are designed, based on IEC61850 and other technical standards, JAVA technology is the core, and Ajax technology is used as the technical means of interactive processing of data. The intelligent monitoring and control system of 500kV Jianshan substation is developed with my SQL database. Through system test, the practicability and good performance of the system are proved, and the efficiency function of substation operation and maintenance management is improved at the same time. It also provides a useful exploration for the improvement of grid information technology under the background of smart grid in the future.
