800kV罐式断路器绝缘拉杆故障分析及仿真计算

【摘要】:本文从宁夏超高压电网中现役的几类800kV罐式断路器入手研究,通过研究其电气性能、结构特点等参数,结合近几年来在宁夏电网的实际运行状况,对其出现的故障进行了追踪调研分析,并通过仿真计算对800kV罐式断路器中绝缘拉杆的电场强度分布,分析绝缘拉杆电场强度分布;通过计算绝缘拉杆的电场分布变化情况,分析在正常温度下对绝缘拉杆电气强度的影响程度;通过仿真计算绝缘拉杆有缺陷时的电场强度变化,分析绝缘拉杆的电场分布影响程度。并通过实测该型断路器绝缘拉杆在操控过程中的应变信号,以掌握其实际受力情况,通过绝缘拉杆的应力仿真计算为研究其绝缘拉杆缺陷提供试验数据支撑,为800kV罐式断路器的产品设计优化和安全运行提供理论依据,为后续新投800kV罐式断路器设备安全运行起到借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the research of some kinds of 800 kV tank circuit breakers in Ningxia UHV power network, through the study of its electrical performance, structural characteristics and other parameters, combined with the actual operation situation in Ningxia power grid in recent years. The electric field intensity distribution of the insulated rod in 800 kV tank circuit breaker is analyzed by simulation, and the electric field distribution of the insulated rod is calculated by calculating the electric field distribution of the insulated rod. The influence of normal temperature on the electrical strength of insulating pull rod is analyzed, and the change of electric field intensity is calculated by simulation. The influence degree of the electric field distribution of the insulated pull rod is analyzed, and the strain signal of the insulation pull rod of the circuit breaker is measured in order to grasp the actual force situation. Through the stress simulation calculation of the insulated pull rod, the experimental data support is provided for the study of the insulation pull rod defect, and the theoretical basis for the optimization of product design and safe operation of 800 kV tank circuit breaker is provided. It can be used for reference for the safe operation of the new 800 kV tank circuit breaker equipment.
