提高火电厂高压加热器经济性能方法研究

【摘要】:节约能源,是指加强用能管理,采取技术上可行、经济上合理以及环境和社会可以承受的措施,从能源生产到消费的各个环节,节能降耗、较少损失和污染物排放、制止浪费,有效、合理的利用能源。 火电厂是一次能源用能大户,全年耗煤量非常巨大,提高火电厂的一次能源利用率,尽可能的降低发电成本,成为全国各大发电企业及科研院所研究的课题。随着经济规模进一步扩大,能源需求还会持续较快增加,能源将是我国当前和今后相当长一个时期内制约经济社会发展的突出瓶颈。本文从提高火电厂高压加热器经济性能出发,通过对我厂600MW燃煤汽轮发电机组高压加热器性能的试验研究及技术改造,分析了影响高压加热器性能的主要因素及常见的故障现象,采用灰色关联分析法实现了高压加热器的故障诊断,保证高压加热器的经济、安全运行,实现火电机组的节能降耗。
[Abstract]:Energy conservation refers to strengthening energy use management, taking measures that are technically feasible, economically reasonable and affordable to the environment and society, from energy production to consumption, energy conservation and consumption reduction, less loss and pollutant emissions, and stopping waste, Efficient and rational use of energy. Thermal power plants are large users of primary energy, and the annual coal consumption is very large. To improve the primary energy utilization ratio of thermal power plants, and to reduce the power generation costs as much as possible, It has become a research topic for major power generation enterprises and scientific research institutes throughout the country. With the further expansion of the economic scale, the energy demand will continue to increase rapidly. Energy will be a prominent bottleneck restricting economic and social development in China at present and for a long time to come. This paper starts from improving the economic performance of high-pressure heaters in thermal power plants. Based on the experimental study and technical renovation of the high pressure heater performance of 600MW coal-fired turbogenerator set in our factory, the main factors affecting the performance of the high pressure heater and the common fault phenomena are analyzed. The fault diagnosis of high pressure heater is realized by grey correlation analysis method, which ensures the economical and safe operation of high pressure heater, and realizes the energy saving and consumption reduction of thermal power unit.
