高压开关录波技术研究及特性测试仪校验装置的研制

【摘要】:随着科学技术的不断发展,高压开关动作特性测试仪不断推陈出新,但大部分仪器无法直观记录开关在分合闸过程中断口电压电流的变化情况,给开关的状态监测和故障检修设置了障碍,同时仪器对应的校验装置也相对落后,影响了测试性能的有效性和准确性,因此研制一个稳定可靠,便于操作的高压开关动作特性测试仪校验装置就迫在眉睫。本论文主要首先介绍了高压开关动作特性录波技术在实际生产中使用的必要性和优越性,以及如何使用示波器测量合闸电阻投入时间及阻值,其次研究了录波技术在测试高压开关动作过程中记录线圈电流电压波形所起到的监测开关运行状态的作用。接下来进行了高压开关动作特性测试仪校验装置的研制,详细阐述了高压开关动作特性测试仪校验装置的测试原理和设计方案,设计了校验装置的控制回路和信号回路,对各元件参数进行分析,通过定量计算设置了装置各种操作所需时间,实现了模拟开关的不同操作过程。最后,通过实验验证所研制的校验装置测量准确、操作便捷,基本达到了预期设计目标。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the testing instrument of high voltage switch's action characteristic is constantly innovating, but most of the instruments can not record the change of voltage and current on the break of switch during the process of opening and closing. It has set up obstacles to the condition monitoring and troubleshooting of the switch, at the same time, the corresponding calibration device of the instrument is relatively backward, which affects the validity and accuracy of the test performance, so the development of a stable and reliable, It is urgent to check the high voltage switch action characteristic tester which is easy to operate. This paper mainly introduces the necessity and superiority of the high voltage switch action characteristic recording technology in practical production. And how to use oscilloscope to measure the switch resistance input time and resistance value, Secondly, the function of recording wave recording technology in recording coil current and voltage waveform in the process of testing the operation of high voltage switch is studied. The testing principle and design scheme of the calibrating device of the high voltage switch action characteristic tester are described in detail. The control circuit and signal circuit of the calibration device are designed, and the parameters of each component are analyzed. The different operation processes of the analog switch are realized through quantitative calculation. Finally, it is verified by experiments that the developed calibration device is accurate in measurement, convenient in operation, and has basically reached the expected design goal.
