火电厂输煤系统程控技术改造方案的研究

【摘要】:过去的发电厂用来传输煤炭的系统形式是半自动化,其主要方式有两种,一种是继电器运行,另外一种是全人工操作。而整个运输煤炭现场常常处于煤尘遍布的环境下,不仅对人们的身体健康产生较大的危害,同时因为运输煤炭的系统涉及范围非常广,经常会出现多种故障情况,常见的情况有皮带脱离轨道,皮带断开和落煤管运输不畅等,造成发电厂工作效率始终提升不上去。而随着社会主义经济迅速发展,发电厂也逐渐扩大生产规模,因此对煤炭的需求也大大超过以往,由此可见,过去的输煤系统与发电厂经济日益增长的规模不相适应。 本文对于霍煤鸿骏电力分公司1号机输煤系统,研发出一套能够编程的输煤控制操作系统。同时对系统的构成进行了阐述,不仅分析了系统的软件部分和硬件部分,同时也对人机操作界面中的通讯做了介绍,为系统软件的升级打下了基础。同时,本文从目前火电厂经济性的运行效率出发设计了一套配煤掺烧系统。目前,输煤系统操作已经完全进入了全自动操作领域,而它对于工业硬件的控制,可以产生相当程度的抗干扰能力,可以直接用于工业操作现场。虽然这样,因为霍煤鸿骏电力分公司1号机输煤系统在非常差的环境下运行,出现不同程序的干扰,造成输煤系统无法正常完成相应的设计和调试工作。大部分电厂的输煤系统都存在两方面原因,一方面是无法正常运行,另一方面抗干扰能力较差。本文结尾则对输煤系统操作运行方面进行了深层次的探讨,同时提出了若干条与抗干扰有关的建议和操作方法,在实际操作运行中有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the past, the system used to transfer coal in power plants was semi-automated. There were two main ways, one was relay operation, the other was full manual operation. And the entire coal transportation site was often in a coal dust environment. Not only does it do great harm to people's health, but also because the coal transportation system involves a very wide range, there are often a variety of malfunctions. The common conditions include belt detaching from track, belt disconnecting and coal falling pipe transportation is not smooth, and so on. With the rapid development of the socialist economy, the power plants have also gradually expanded their production scale, so the demand for coal is much higher than before. Thus, it can be seen that, The coal transportation system in the past did not match the growing scale of the power plant economy. In this paper, for the coal transportation system of No. 1 machine of Huo Coal Hongjun Electric Power Company, a set of programmable coal transportation control operating system is developed. At the same time, the composition of the system is expounded, not only the software and hardware parts of the system are analyzed, At the same time, the communication in the man-machine interface is introduced, which lays the foundation for the upgrade of the system software. At the same time, this paper designs a coal blending system based on the economical operation efficiency of the thermal power plant. The operation of coal conveying system has entered the field of fully automatic operation, and its control of industrial hardware can produce a considerable degree of anti-interference ability and can be directly used in industrial operation field. Because the coal conveying system of Huo Coal Hongjun Electric Power Branch No. 1 machine is running in a very bad environment, there is interference from different procedures. As a result, the coal conveying system is unable to complete the corresponding design and commissioning work normally. There are two reasons for the coal transportation system in most power plants. On the one hand, they are unable to operate normally. On the other hand, the anti-interference ability is poor. At the end of this paper, a deep discussion is made on the operation and operation of coal conveying system, and some suggestions and operation methods related to anti-interference are put forward. It has important reference value in practical operation.
