基于MATLAB的中频感应炉谐波仿真研究

【摘要】:电力系统的主要任务是为用户提供高效的电能。通常电力系统中对谐波含量都提出了一定的要求,中频感应炉作为电力系统中的非线性负荷,在使用过程中不可避免的产生谐波电流,影响了生产的正常运行,因此对中频感应炉的谐波成分进行研究具有非常重要的意义。 在谐波的治理过程中很多学者及研究人员一方面通过采用滤波装置进行电力系统中谐波的滤除,另一方面通过改造电力系统的电子设备从而使其产生的谐波含量为零。采用电力滤波设备进行谐波的滤除是目前抑制谐波的主要措施,由电容器、电抗器及电阻组成的LC无源滤波器具有投资低、结构简单、便于维护等优点,目前成为谐波无功抑制的主要措施。有源滤波器能够对变化的谐波进行实时的跟踪补偿且补偿特性与电力系统阻抗无关。 随着科技的发展和计算机技术在工业领域的应用增加,很多智能化仿真软件受到了研究人员的青睐,在谐波的研究中起到了重要作用,例如:PSCAD、 MATLAB仿真软件,都能够对谐波进行准确的分析。本文针对整流变压器型号为S9-1000/6的中频感应炉进行了实际的谐波测试,采用MATLAB仿真软件进行了中频感应炉谐波分析,并通过加装无源滤波器进行了模型的优化,仿真验证了所设计的无源滤波器谐波抑制性能。
[Abstract]:The main task of power system is to provide high efficiency electric energy for the user. Generally, the harmonic content in power system is required, and the intermediate frequency induction furnace is used as the nonlinear load in the power system. Harmonic current is inevitable in the process of use, which affects the normal operation of production. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the harmonic components of intermediate frequency induction furnace. In the process of harmonic control, many scholars and researchers use filter device to filter harmonics in power system. On the other hand, by transforming the electronic equipment of the power system to make the harmonic content of the power system zero, it is the main measure to restrain the harmonic by using the power filter equipment. The LC passive filter composed of reactor and resistor has the advantages of low investment, simple structure and easy maintenance. Active power filter (APF) can track and compensate the varying harmonics in real time and the compensation characteristics are independent of the impedance of power system. With the development of science and technology and the increasing application of computer technology in the field of industry, many intelligent simulation software have been favored by researchers and played an important role in harmonic research, such as MATLAB simulation software. This paper has carried on the actual harmonic test to the rectifier transformer type S9-1000 / 6 induction furnace, has carried on the if frequency induction furnace harmonic analysis by the MATLAB simulation software, has carried on the if frequency induction furnace harmonic analysis by the MATLAB simulation software, The model is optimized by adding a passive filter, and the harmonic suppression performance of the designed passive filter is verified by simulation.
