电压无功控制偏差指标QCE研究与应用

【摘要】：针对目前电压监控中采用电压控制上下限粗旷的电压控制方式,不能综合反映当前时段电压水平,尤其是发现电压指标不合格后不能给出合理的控制手段,本文以电网实时电压、无功采集数据为依据提出了关系型电压控制指标无功控制偏差QCE,弥补了现有目标型电压控制指标的不足和缺陷,改变了传统电压指标计算和管理方式,可帮助调度员及时掌握电网电压水平、根据指标提示快速正确的判断和调整,为调度员提供了智能辅助决策,是保障电网安全、紧急运行的重要手段。
[Abstract]:In view of the voltage control mode of voltage control in the current voltage monitoring, the voltage level of the current period can not be comprehensively reflected, especially when the voltage index is found to be unqualified, the reasonable control method cannot be given. Based on the real-time voltage and reactive power acquisition data of the power network, this paper presents the reactive power control deviation QCEs of the relational voltage control index, which makes up for the deficiency and defect of the existing target voltage control index, and changes the traditional voltage index calculation and management mode. It can help the dispatcher to grasp the voltage level in time, judge and adjust quickly and correctly according to the indicator, and provide the dispatcher with intelligent assistant decision, which is an important means to ensure the security of the power network and to run in an emergency.
