基于Matlab代码生成的永磁同步电机控制软件设计

【摘要】:从上个世纪中叶开始,具有永久磁性的材料被应用到电机的制造中;高磁能积永磁体的出现,代替了传统的电励磁磁极,这大大减小了电机的体积。随后,功率变换器件和整流器件的出现,更加促进了永磁同步电机的发展。近年来,永磁同步电机在很多高性能,高效率的驱动控制领域都得到了广泛的应用。 本文首先在广泛阅读相关文献资料的基础上,对永磁同步电机的结构、设计及应用领域进行了综述。 然后,重点分析了永磁同步电机的数学模型,包括DQ轴的磁链公式;三相静止坐标系与两相旋转坐标系的互相变换;空间矢量调制(SVPWM)的内容;电流和转速控制PI调节器的设计;反电动势法观测器的基本原理;高频注入法计算电机的速度和角度;逆变器的相关理论;弱磁调速的原理等。并重点介绍了反电动势法和高频注入法在电机控制中的应用,以及二者各自对应的电机驱动调速范围。 接下来介绍了Matlab在电机控制领域的应用;Matlab作为一款功能强大的计算分析软件,在电机控制中是一个非常得力的助手;不仅可以用来仿真分析,更重要的是能生成C语言代码,直接与单片机进行交互,省去了编写大量代码的麻烦,十分人性化。 最后,给出了对永磁同步电机进行一系列调试的过程中的仿真及实验结果;将高频注入法与反电动势法相结合可以实现更加良好的电机控制,,实验结果也证明了这两种方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of the last century, materials with permanent magnetic properties have been used in the manufacture of electric motors; the appearance of permanent magnets with high magnetic energy products has replaced the traditional electroexcitation poles, which greatly reduced the volume of the motors. The emergence of power conversion devices and rectifiers has promoted the development of PMSM. In recent years, PMSM has been widely used in many high performance and high efficiency drive and control fields. In this paper, the structure, design and application of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are reviewed on the basis of extensive reading of related literature. Then, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed, including the flux linkage formula of DQ axis, the transformation between three-phase stationary coordinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system, the space vector modulation (SVPWM). Design of Pi regulator for current and rotational speed control, basic principle of backEMF observer, calculation of speed and angle of motor by high frequency injection method, related theory of inverter; The application of backEMF method and high frequency injection method in motor control and their respective range of motor drive speed regulation are introduced. Then it introduces the application of Matlab in motor control field. As a powerful calculation and analysis software, Matlab is a very powerful assistant in motor control, which can not only be used for simulation analysis, but also can generate C language code. Direct interaction with the single-chip computer, save a lot of code trouble, very humanized. Finally, the simulation and experimental results of a series of debugging of PMSM are given, and the better control of PMSM can be realized by combining the high frequency injection method with the backEMF method. The experimental results also prove the feasibility of the two methods.
