HOMIS框架下基于工况关联规则的水电机组稳定性分析

【摘要】:水电机组稳定性与水头、负荷等相关状态以及机组运行工况关系密切,孤立的稳定性监测与分析将会降低分析结果准确性。本文在研究了稳定性故障特征与影响因素的基础上,在水电站最优维护系统(HOMIS)集成框架下,提出了基于工况关联规则的稳定性分析方法。该方法结合机组运行工况与相关状态信息,划分工况模式空间、计算稳定性性能指标、构造工况关联规则,并依据关联规则实现对稳定性的综合关联分析。目前,该方法已成功应用于葛洲坝电站22台机组稳定性分析,实际分析结果表明,该方法在稳定性性能下降检测、故障预测以及运行规律挖掘等方面具有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The stability of hydropower unit is closely related to water head, load and operating conditions, and isolated stability monitoring and analysis will reduce the accuracy of the analysis results. Based on the integrated framework of optimal maintenance system (HOMISS) of hydropower stations, a stability analysis method based on operating condition association rules is proposed, which combines the information of unit operation conditions and related states, divides the operating mode space, and calculates the stability performance index. At present, the method has been successfully applied to the stability analysis of 22 units in Gezhouba Hydropower Station. This method has a good application prospect in stability degradation detection, fault prediction and operation rule mining.
