级联型逆变器的统一SVPWM方法

【摘要】:以H桥结构的级联型多电平逆变器为研究对象,介绍了统一空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的实现方法。首先建立了单级逆变器的统一SVPWM方法的显性调制函数表达式,通过改变零矢量分配系数就可以方便地实现各种连续SVPWM和不连续PWM(DPWM)调制方式。然后,通过载波移相的思想将其扩展至多级逆变器。提出了一种简单快速的统一SVPWM的数字化实现算法,该方法避免了传统SVPWM方法复杂的三角运算、坐标变换、空间矢量选择和矢量作用时间的计算。最后建立了8级联多电平逆变器的仿真模型和试验平台,并对不同调制方式下谐波特性进行了对比分析。仿真和试验结果表明此方法是可行的和有效的。
[Abstract]:Taking the cascaded multilevel inverter with H-bridge structure as the research object, this paper introduces the realization method of the unified space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). Firstly, the explicit modulation function expression of the unified SVPWM method of the single-stage inverter is established. By changing the zero-vector distribution coefficient, it is convenient to realize various modulation modes of continuous SVPWM and discontinuous SVPWM. The idea of carrier phase shift is extended to multistage inverter. A simple and fast digital realization algorithm of unified SVPWM is proposed, which avoids the complex triangulation and coordinate transformation of traditional SVPWM method. Finally, the simulation model and test platform of 8 cascaded multilevel inverter are established. The harmonic characteristics of different modulation modes are compared and analyzed. The simulation and experimental results show that this method is feasible and effective.
