PEC-H3A型三相电能表现场校验仪的应用研究

【摘要】:在电网的整体运行中,电能计量管理工作是一项重要工作,电能计量工作的公平、公正、准确与可靠,关系到供用电双方的利益,现场校验仪正是开展这项工作的重要设备。PEC-H3A型设备是目前浙江省范围内所有外校班组都在使用的设备。本文研究它在实际中的应用,改进其使用中的功能局限性,使之更适用于地区特殊性校验,更好保障计量装置的准确性、完成复杂接线检查和错误接线判断、实现现场校验的自动化。本文首先研究了现场校验仪在三相电路中的工作原理与技术标准,基于最新的微处理器技术和数字信号处理技术,分析了PEC-H3A型现场校验仪如何以直接交流采样法实现工频电参数测量,如何用电子式多功能标准表法完成计量装置的综合误差测试,以及如何显示完整的六角向量图。然后重点从PEC-H3A型校验仪的软件与硬件设计上进行分析,针对实际工作中出现大谐波对电能表电压的影响,引起设备切换电压频繁情况,和新上用户无实际负荷导致现场校验无法判断二次接线等情况,设计了宽范围工作电源和放大变压器空载电流值的电流采样回路,最终实现了不同负荷的误差测试和复杂的二次接线判断。
[Abstract]:In the whole operation of the power network, the management of electric energy measurement is an important work. The work of energy measurement is fair, just, accurate and reliable, which is related to the interests of both the power supply and the power supply. The field calibrator is precisely the important equipment for this work. PEC-H3A is the equipment used by all the outer school teams in Zhejiang Province at present. This paper studies its application in practice and improves its function limitation in use. Make it more suitable for regional particularity check, better guarantee the accuracy of metering device, complete complex wiring inspection and wrong wiring judgment, This paper first studies the working principle and technical standard of field calibrator in three-phase circuit, based on the latest microprocessor technology and digital signal processing technology. This paper analyzes how to use direct AC sampling method to realize the measurement of power frequency electrical parameters, and how to use electronic multifunction standard meter to complete the comprehensive error test of measuring device. And how to display the complete hexagonal vector diagram. Then the software and hardware design of the PEC-H3A calibrator is analyzed, aiming at the influence of the large harmonics on the voltages of the watt-hour meter in the actual work, which results in the frequent switching voltage of the equipment. And the new user can not judge the secondary connection due to the lack of actual load, so the current sampling loop with wide range of working power supply and amplifier transformer no-load current value is designed. Finally, the error test of different loads and complex secondary wiring judgment are realized.
