虚拟仪器的开发及在实验室中的应用

【摘要】:实验教学在高等工科教育中起着相当重要的作用,尤其是电工电子等实践性很强的专业。在目前大学扩招的形式下,高校实验室教学中需要大量的各种测试仪器。而实验仪器基金投资金额巨大,设备技术更新快,仪器维护困难,导致很多高校实验室测试仪器紧缺。虚拟仪器技术是计算机技术与电子仪器相结合而产生的一种新的仪器模式。这种仪器模式的产生不但为测量领域带来了革命性的创新,同时,基于其优越的性价比,也越来越被高校实验室所青睐。将虚拟仪器应用于高校实验室可大幅度降低实验室改造、建设和维护的资金、时间和空间成本,提高使用效率;能为学生提供更多、更新、更好的高档低价仪器;通过软件的改进和完善,可以不断地扩充实验内容,改变并提高实验手段,提高实验教学质量。 本文介绍了虚拟仪器技术在高校电工电子实验室建设和实验教学中的应用意义,分析了基于LabVIEW的虚拟示波器、虚拟信号发生器、虚拟数字电路实验教学平台的软件设计过程以及调试结果。虚拟示波器、虚拟函数信号发生器系统的设计,主要阐述了示波器和函数信号发生器的硬件组成,分析了虚拟示波器、虚拟函数信号发生器的模块组成和各模块的软件程序设计,并对各模块的程序进行调试,分析其运行结果;虚拟数字电路实验教学平台系统主要包括人机对话界面的设计和四个实验项目的软件设计,主要内容包括3线-8线优先编码器、全加器、JK触发器、BCD—七段显示译码器的硬件电路设计分析以及四个实验电路的软件程序设计过程,同时给出了四个实验电路的测试结果。 虚拟仪器应用于高校实验教学,目前处于探索开发阶段,但其显著的经济性和实用性己显示其巨大的优势和潜力。随着虚拟仪器的产生和发展,将带来新型实验方式的产生,推动教育方式的重大转变。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching plays a very important role in higher engineering education, especially in practical majors such as electrician and electronics. A large number of testing instruments are required in laboratory teaching in colleges and universities. However, the fund of experimental instruments has a huge investment amount, the equipment technology is updated quickly, and the maintenance of the instruments is difficult. Virtual instrument technology is a new instrument mode which is combined with computer technology and electronic instrument. This kind of instrument mode not only brings revolutionary innovation to the field of measurement, but also leads to the shortage of testing instruments in many colleges and universities. At the same time, based on its superior performance-price ratio, it is more and more popular in university laboratories. The application of virtual instruments in university laboratories can greatly reduce the capital, time and space cost of laboratory transformation, construction and maintenance, and improve the efficiency of use. It can provide students with more, newer and better high-grade low-cost instruments. Through the improvement and perfection of software, the content of experiment can be continuously expanded, the means of experiment can be changed and improved, and the quality of experimental teaching can be improved. This paper introduces the application significance of virtual instrument technology in the construction of electrician and electronic laboratory in colleges and universities, and analyzes the virtual oscilloscope and virtual signal generator based on LabVIEW. The software design process and debugging result of virtual digital circuit experiment teaching platform. The design of virtual oscilloscope and virtual function signal generator system, the hardware composition of oscilloscope and function signal generator are expounded. The composition of the virtual oscilloscope, the module of the virtual function signal generator and the software program design of each module are analyzed. The program of each module is debugged and the running result is analyzed. The virtual digital circuit experimental teaching platform system mainly includes the design of man-machine dialogue interface and the software design of four experimental items. The main contents include 3-wire -8-line priority encoder. The hardware circuit design of the full adder JK flip-flop and BCD-7 segment display decoder and the software program design process of the four experimental circuits are analyzed. The test results of the four experimental circuits are also given. The application of virtual instrument in experimental teaching in colleges and universities is at present in the stage of exploration and development, but its remarkable economy and practicability have shown its great advantage and potential. With the emergence and development of virtual instrument, it will bring about the production of new experimental methods. To promote a major change in the way of education.
