陈述式太阳电池模型及参量数值标定

【摘要】:鉴于太阳电池过程式模型在重用性、层次性及参数化等方面的不足,采用面向对象的陈述式建模方法,基于面向对象的物理建模语言Modelica,在建模仿真平台MWorks上建立易于修改、重用和扩充的太阳电池等效电路模型,该模型与等效电路保持拓扑结构上的一致。为提高太阳电池模型的I-V曲线计算的准确度,提出采用数值法对模型参数进行标定,与以往分析法结果对比表明,该方法能更好地保证整个端电压范围太阳电池模型的特性曲线与实验数据保持很好的吻合度,测例的平均相对误差为1.67%。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of reusability, hierarchy and parameterization of the process model of solar cell, the object-oriented declarative modeling method is adopted. Based on the object-oriented physical modeling language Modelica, it is easy to modify on the modeling and simulation platform MWorks. The reused and extended equivalent circuit model of solar cell is consistent with the equivalent circuit in topological structure. In order to improve the accuracy of I-V curve calculation of solar cell model, a numerical method is proposed to calibrate the parameters of the model. Compared with the previous analysis results, this method can better ensure that the characteristic curve of the solar cell model in the whole terminal voltage range keeps a good agreement with the experimental data, and the average relative error of the test example is 1.67.
