大容量整流变压器差动保护相关问题的研究

【摘要】:大容量整流电源在冶金行业,特别在铝电解行业具有举足轻重的地位,其正常运行直接关系到整个生产系列的安全稳定,一个年产15万吨的电解系列,停电5个小时其损失可达几千万元,整流变压器作为电解铝系列供电的核心设备,其保护配置显得尤为重要,同时,整流变压器不同于一般的电力变压器,其继电保护的配置要满足整流机组对继电保护的特殊要求,且由于整流变压器阀侧为多绕组、大电流,无法安装常规电流互感器,测量非常困难,对变压器差动保护的配置造成了困难,因此目前未设置差动保护,仅由瓦斯保护作为变压器内部故障的主保护,同时设置两套过电流保护等后备保护,整流变压器继电保护配置的完善与否,直接关系着电网的稳定运行。因此,要采取一切可能的措施保证整流电源的正常运行,完善、可靠的保护设置可以及早发现机组异常情况,及时切除故障,防止事故扩大,对保证系统安全运行具有重要意义。 近年来,全国先后有多个大型电解系列的整流柜短路爆炸,整流变压器烧毁,严重影响生产(如青铜峡迈克铝业)。造成这种严重事故的一个重要原因往往是发生短路时,继电保护未能及时动作使高压侧断路器及时跳开,或者是存在保护死区,未能及时切除故障。因此整流变压器继电保护的正确和完善配置,对冶金企业正常生产及电网安全运行具有重要意义。 本文完成了大容量整流变压器阀侧大电流的采集方案研究、整流变压器差动保护模块化配置的实现方法,并提出工程化实施方案,以解决目前大容量整流变压器没有配置差动保护的现状。
[Abstract]:Large capacity rectifier power supply plays an important role in metallurgical industry, especially in aluminum electrolysis industry. Its normal operation is directly related to the safety and stability of the entire production series, an electrolytic series with an annual output of 150000 tons. As the core equipment of electrolytic aluminum series power supply, the protection configuration of rectifier transformer is especially important. At the same time, the rectifier transformer is different from ordinary power transformer. The configuration of relay protection should meet the special requirements of rectifier unit for relay protection, and because the valve side of rectifier transformer is multi-winding and high current, it can not install conventional current transformer, so it is very difficult to measure. The configuration of transformer differential protection is difficult, so there is no differential protection, only gas protection is used as the main protection of transformer internal fault, and two sets of backup protection, such as overcurrent protection, are set up at the same time. Whether the relay protection configuration of rectifier transformer is perfect or not is directly related to the stable operation of the power network. Therefore, all possible measures should be taken to ensure the normal operation and perfection of the rectifier power supply. The reliable protection setting can detect the abnormal condition of the unit as soon as possible, remove the fault in time and prevent the accident from expanding, which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the system. In recent years, many large electrolytic series rectifier cabinets have exploded in short circuit and the rectifier transformer has been destroyed, which seriously affects the production (such as the Qingtongxia Mike Aluminum Industry). One of the important causes of this kind of serious accident is often short circuit. The relay protection fails to operate in time to make the high voltage side circuit breaker jump off in time, or there is a dead zone of protection, and the fault can not be removed in time. Therefore, the correct and perfect configuration of the relay protection of rectifier transformer, It is of great significance to the normal production of metallurgical enterprises and the safe operation of power grid. In this paper, the acquisition scheme of high current on valve side of large capacity rectifier transformer is studied, the method of modularization configuration of differential protection for rectifier transformer is realized, and the engineering implementation scheme is put forward. In order to solve the problem that large capacity rectifier transformer does not have differential protection.
