智能化UPS的软件设计及串口通信实现

【摘要】:本文课题基于MC56F8356嵌入式处理器对智能化UPS (Uninterruptible Power System,不间断电源)进行研制开发,整个UPS系统分为硬件系统和软件系统两大块。论文研究了智能化UPS电源硬件系统的实现功能以及UPS的总体软件架构设计,同时在软件架构设计的基础上,实现了智能化UPS的串口通信功能。串口通信技术在智能化UPS的应用有利于对UPS系统现场信号的实时采集、处理和监控,大大提高了UPS系统的实时性和可靠性。本论文实现了智能化UPS的软件设计及其串口通信的实现,主要是在第三和第四章进行介绍的。论文的工作和研究成果如下:1)在软件设计过程中,本文给出了智能化UPS总体的软件架构设计方案,并对主控芯片MC56F8356的基本信息以及具体的DSP (Digrial Signal Processor,数字信号处理器)资源分配做了详细的阐述。本次智能化UPS软件可以完成的功能有:开机时序、关机时序、故障处理、功率因数校正控制保护、逆变控制保护、LCD显示、语音模块、上位机通信。为了简化代码编写并实现对UPS的实时监控,本次智能化UPS软件引入了嵌入式实时操作系统。所以论文针对RTOS(Real Time Operating System,实时操作系统)以及RTOS在UPS上的应用进行了详细的介绍。2)在智能化UPS总体软件架构以及单片机MC56F8356的串行通信接口模块的基础上,通过软件编程实现了RS232串口通信的基本功能,并通过计算机的上位机软件传达指令到下位机单片机,观察UPS的行为反馈来验证串口通信功能是否实现。最后,在结束语中指出了智能化UPS值得改进的地方以及对于UPS系统的通信方式提出了自己的展望。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on MC56F8356 embedded processor, the research and development of intelligent UPS can Uninterruptible Power system (uninterruptible Power supply) is carried out. The whole UPS system is divided into two parts: hardware system and software system. The realization function of intelligent UPS power supply hardware system and the overall software architecture design of UPS are studied in this paper. At the same time, on the basis of software architecture design, The serial port communication function of intelligent UPS is realized. The application of serial communication technology in intelligent UPS is beneficial to the real-time acquisition, processing and monitoring of UPS system field signals. The real-time and reliability of UPS system is greatly improved. The software design of intelligent UPS and the realization of serial communication are realized in this paper. Mainly introduced in the third and fourth chapters. The work and research results are as follows: 1) in the process of software design, this paper gives the overall software architecture design scheme of intelligent UPS. The basic information of the main control chip MC56F8356 and the specific DSP Digrial Signal processor (DSP) resource allocation are described in detail. The functions of this intelligent UPS software are as follows: boot timing, shutdown timing, fault handling, etc. Power factor correction control protection, inverter control protection LCD display, voice module, upper computer communication. This intelligent UPS software introduces embedded real time operating system. Therefore, this paper introduces in detail the application of RTOS(Real Time Operating system (RTOS) and RTOS on UPS. On the basis of serial communication interface module of MC56F8356, The basic function of RS232 serial port communication is realized by software programming, and the instruction is transmitted to the lower computer by the software of the upper computer, and the behavior feedback of UPS is observed to verify whether the serial port communication function is realized or not. In the conclusion, the author points out that intelligent UPS is worthy of improvement and puts forward its own prospect for the communication mode of UPS system.
