煤矿井下660V STATCOM控制策略的研究与应用

【摘要】:随着生产规模的扩大和电力电子器件的广泛应用,煤矿井下出现严重的电能质量问题,如:无功功率消耗大、谐波含量高、三相不平衡等。STATCOM作为动态无功补偿与谐波抑制装置,具有动态响应速度快、补偿精度高和占地面积小等优点,可以有效的治理煤矿的电能质量问题。首先,本文研究了660V STATCOM直流侧电容和LCL滤波器的选型。LCL滤波器的参数整定是目前研究的重点和难点,本文提出一种基于阻尼损耗最小的LCL滤波器的参数优化方法,该方法具有阻尼损耗小、滤波效果好等优点。针对直流侧电容电压中含有谐波的情况,提出一种以电容电压中二次谐波幅值为约束条件的电容值优化方法,该方法能保证直流侧电容电压的波动在允许的范围内。然后,本文分析了基于反馈解耦的间接电流控制和基于固定开关频率的直接电流控制的工作原理,在此基础上研究一种基于电压空间矢量的双滞环跟踪控制方法,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,验证了无论三相电压对称与否,该种控制方法均具有开关频率小,开关损耗少、动态响应速度快和无静差补偿等优点。功率模块采用注入负序电流的稳压控制方法,本文研究了其控制环中PI控制器的参数整定方法,提出一种基于系统稳定性的PI参数优化方法,在MATLAB/Simulink中进行仿真,结果表明,本文设计的PI参数能够减小直流侧电容电压纹波的幅值,使输出电流紧紧跟随指令电流的变化。最后,针对煤矿的工作环境,本文研究了井下STATCOM的防爆措施和散热措施,并设计出一套完整的STATCOM装置。将其用于皖北煤矿井下660V采区变电所,利用电能质量分析仪HIOKI3196对井下绞车变压器出线侧的电能参数进行测量,结果表明,经STATCOM补偿后,煤矿井下谐波含量降低,功率因数接近1,能够满足无功补偿和谐波抑制的要求。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of production scale and the wide application of power electronic devices, serious power quality problems appear in coal mine, such as: large reactive power consumption, high harmonic content, three-phase imbalance, etc. Statcom is used as dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression device. With the advantages of fast dynamic response, high compensation precision and small area, it can effectively solve the power quality problems in coal mines. In this paper, the parameter tuning of 660V STATCOM DC side capacitance and LCL filter selection. LCL filter is the focus and difficulty of current research. In this paper, a parameter optimization method of LCL filter based on minimum damping loss is proposed. This method has the advantages of low damping loss and good filtering effect. In order to solve the problem of harmonics in the capacitor voltage at the DC side, a capacitor optimization method with the second harmonic amplitude in the capacitor voltage as the constraint condition is proposed. This method can ensure that the voltage fluctuation of DC side capacitance is within the allowable range. Then, the principle of indirect current control based on feedback decoupling and direct current control based on fixed switching frequency is analyzed. On this basis, a double hysteresis tracking control method based on voltage space vector is studied. The simulation results of MATLAB/Simulink show that this control method has small switching frequency and less switching loss, no matter whether the three-phase voltage is symmetrical or not. The power module adopts the steady voltage control method of injecting negative sequence current. The parameter tuning method of Pi controller in its control loop is studied in this paper. A Pi parameter optimization method based on system stability is proposed and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the Pi parameter designed in this paper can reduce the amplitude of capacitor voltage ripple at DC side. The output current is closely followed by the change of instruction current. Finally, aiming at the working environment of coal mine, the explosion-proof measures and heat dissipation measures of underground STATCOM are studied in this paper. A complete set of STATCOM device is designed, which is used in 660V substation of underground mine in north Anhui coal mine. The electric energy parameters of underground winch transformer are measured by power quality analyzer (HIOKI3196). The results show that, after the compensation of STATCOM, the power parameters of underground winch transformer are measured. The harmonic content in coal mine is reduced and the power factor is close to 1, which can meet the demand of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression.
