500kV无人值守新一代智能变电站辅助控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:本课题在“两型一化”(资源节约型、环境友好型、工业化)相关原则指导下,结合新一代智能变电站“无人值守”的需求和业务特点,建立新一代智能变电站内智能辅助控制系统的统一平台,将站内的图像监视及安全警卫子、环境监测、火灾报警、二次设备舱采暖通风、照明控制、智能巡检、事故油池控制系统和智能门窗等子系统的信息上送给变电站辅助设施后台系统,后台分析收到的信息后,根据分析结果向子系统下达控制命令,各个子系统之间实现集成联动、信息共享、相互协同工作。本500kV无人值守新一代智能变电站辅助控制系统的设计,遵循突出“全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化、应用功能互动化、运维检修高效化”的设计理念,是对国家电网公司以往智能变电站标准化建设要求的高度融汇与集成,功能上要求符合调控合一、运维一体、即插即用、全景信息的特点,进而实现功能优化和设备集成整合。本课题结合新一代智能变电站的特点,将新颖的设计理念,创新的技术融入方案,旨在推动智能电网工程建设水平的整体提升。该智能辅助控制系统可采集各个子系统的信息,通过智能告警和智能图像分析对变电站进行24小时可靠监控;通过电子围栏与图像监视系统的联动,对侵入变电站的物体进行检测、声光告警和实时图像监视;通过环境监测系统能及时更新各电气装置的温度湿度信息,各气室的SF6浓度,并实时在辅助设施视频系统显示,发现异常状态能及时告警;通过火灾报警与图像监视系统的联动实现火灾时对现场情况的视频监视;通过照明控制系统实现灯光的采集和远程自动控制;汇控柜/端子箱采用智能锁具,解决不同间隔误操作问题。智能辅助控制后台设备可由图像监视系统后台升级,无须增加相应的后台主机设备。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the principles of "two types and one" (resource-saving, environment-friendly, industrialization), this subject combines the demand and business characteristics of the new generation intelligent substation "unattended". To establish a unified platform for intelligent auxiliary control system in a new generation of intelligent substations, which includes image monitoring and safety guards, environmental monitoring, fire alarm, secondary equipment cabin heating and ventilation, lighting control, intelligent inspection, etc. The information from the accident oil pool control system and the intelligent door and window subsystem is sent to the substation auxiliary facility backstage system. After analyzing the information received, according to the analysis result, the control command is issued to the subsystem, and the integration and linkage between each subsystem is realized. This 500kV unattended new generation intelligent substation auxiliary control system design, follows "the entire station information digitization, the communication platform network, the information sharing standardization, the application function interaction," The design concept of high efficiency of operation and maintenance maintenance is the characteristics of high integration and integration of the state grid company's standard construction of intelligent substation in the past, and the functional requirements accord with the integration of regulation and control, the integration of operation and maintenance, plug and play, and panoramic information. This subject combines the characteristics of the new generation intelligent substation, and integrates the new design idea and the innovative technology into the scheme. The intelligent auxiliary control system can collect the information of each subsystem and carry out 24 hours reliable monitoring of the substation through intelligent alarm and intelligent image analysis. Through the linkage between the electronic fence and the image monitoring system, the objects intruding into the substation are detected, acousto-optic alarm and real-time image monitoring, and the temperature and humidity information of each electrical device and the SF6 concentration of each air chamber can be updated in time by the environmental monitoring system. And real-time display in the auxiliary facilities video system, find abnormal state can timely alarm, through the linkage of fire alarm and image monitoring system to achieve the scene of the scene of the video surveillance; The lighting acquisition and remote automatic control are realized by the lighting control system, the intelligent lock is used in the control cabinet / terminal box, and the problem of misoperation at different intervals is solved. The intelligent auxiliary control backstage equipment can be upgraded by the background of the image monitoring system. There is no need to add the corresponding backstage mainframe equipment.
