10kV配电网行波故障定位方案研究

【摘要】:伴随着坚强智能电网建设步伐的不断推进,快速、准确和可靠地实现10kV配电网故障定位对于提高整个供电系统的可靠性具有非常重要的意义。但是,随着经济的发展,10kV配电网的配电线路网络结构越来越复杂,制约了对其故障定位方法的研究和运用。本文基于行波理论,结合10kV配电网的网络结构,对10kV配电网发生故障时产生的行波传播过程进行分析,通过获取和处理10kV配电网故障时的电压和电流行波信号,寻找快速、准确和可靠地查找故障点的方法,并提出一套合理的10kV配电网故障定位系统方案。主要工作如下:(1)基于行波的基本理论和10kV配电网存在网络结构复杂以及多分支的特点,分析研究了10kV配电网的故障行波传播过程,为故障定位算法的研究奠定了基础。(2)通过分析各种10kV配电网的定位方法的优缺点,提出了基于D型行波原理的10kV配电网行波故障定位方法。该方法对10kV配电网直接应用D型行波原理,不但消除了10kV配电网中复杂行波折反射过程的影响,而且直接确定了故障点所在的线路并通过运算得出了故障点与参考测量点之间的距离。其计算简单,方法一致,算法普遍性好,无需判断故障分支,提高了故障定位精度。(3)基于D型行波原理提出一整套10kV配电网广域故障定位技术方案。(4)运用PSCAD和MATLAB软件对10kV配电网行波故障定位方法进行仿真建模和数据处理,结果表明,利用D型行波原理的10kV配电网故障定位方法能够简单、快速和准确地实现故障定位。基于行波原理的故障定位技术在输电线路上已经发展得很成熟,本文将该技术发展应用于10kV配电网,提出的10kV配电网行波故障定位方法消除了配电网中行波复杂的折反射过程对故障定位的影响,计算简洁,方法统一,算法普遍性好。基于D型行波原理,提出的10kV配电网行波故障定位方案,提高了故障定位精度,进而缩短了故障点的查找时间,很大程度的提高了供电可靠性,为行波故障定位方法应用于配电网提供了一种可能,具有广阔的发展前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of smart grid construction, it is very important to realize fault location of 10kV distribution network quickly, accurately and reliably for improving the reliability of the whole power supply system. With the development of economy, the distribution network structure of 10kV distribution network becomes more and more complex, which restricts the research and application of fault location method. Based on the theory of traveling wave, this paper combines the network structure of 10kV distribution network. The traveling wave propagation process in 10kV distribution network is analyzed. By obtaining and processing the traveling wave signals of voltage and current in 10kV distribution network fault, the method of finding fault point quickly, accurately and reliably is found. The main work is as follows: (1) based on the basic theory of traveling wave and the characteristics of complex network structure and multiple branches of 10kV distribution network, a reasonable scheme of fault location system for 10kV distribution network is proposed. This paper analyzes and studies the process of fault traveling wave propagation in 10kV distribution network, which lays a foundation for the research of fault location algorithm. The advantages and disadvantages of various 10kV distribution network localization methods are analyzed. This paper presents a fault location method for 10kV distribution network based on D-type traveling wave principle. This method can not only eliminate the influence of complex traveling wave reflection process in 10kV distribution network, but also directly apply D-type traveling wave principle to 10kV distribution network. The distance between the fault point and the reference measuring point is obtained by calculation. The calculation is simple, the method is consistent, the algorithm is universal, and the fault branch does not need to be judged. Based on D type traveling wave principle, a whole set of wide area fault location technology scheme of 10kV distribution network is proposed. The simulation modeling and data processing of 10kV distribution network traveling wave fault location method are carried out by using PSCAD and MATLAB software. The results show that, The fault location method of 10kV distribution network based on D-type traveling wave principle can be simple, fast and accurate. The fault location technology based on traveling wave principle has been developed very mature in transmission line. In this paper, the technology is applied to 10kV distribution network. The method of traveling wave fault location in 10kV distribution network is presented, which eliminates the influence of complex refractive reflection process of traveling wave on fault location in distribution network, and the calculation is simple and the method is unified. On the basis of D type traveling wave principle, the 10kV distribution network traveling wave fault location scheme is put forward, which improves the accuracy of fault location, shortens the searching time of fault point, and improves the reliability of power supply to a great extent. It provides a possibility for the application of traveling wave fault location method in distribution network and has a broad development prospect.
