移相全桥双向软开关DC-DC变换器回流功率问题的研究

【摘要】:随着科技的发展,新能源的应用,双向DC-DC变换器已广泛应用于直流微网系统、太阳能发电系统、混合动力电动车系统、节能电梯系统等领域。双向DC-DC变换器已成为了各国学者的研究热点。本文选取移相全桥双向软开关DC-DC变换器的回流功率问题为课题进行研究。功率回流问题的存在会降低变换器效率,增加开关管电流应力,减小软开关范围。本文首先对移相全桥双向DC-DC变换器的工作原理进行详细分析,提出在移相全桥双向DC-DC变换器工作过程中消除回流功率与实现软开关之间存在一定制约性的观点。然后通过对移相全桥双向DC-DC变换器的拓扑进行分析,在基于导抗网络的全桥双向DC-DC变换器的基础上进行改进,提出一种拓扑,并制定新的实验解决方案。通过理论分析及仿真验证,证明该方案可以解决移相全桥双向DC-DC变换器的回流功率为零与全程软开关之间存在制约性的问题。根据系统软硬件设计,搭建了实验平台,对新方案进行了实验验证。通过分析实验结果,本论文可以得出新方案能够解决移相全桥电路的回流功率为零与全程软开关存在制约性的问题的结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the application of new energy, bidirectional DC-DC converters have been widely used in DC microgrid system, solar power system, hybrid electric vehicle system, energy-saving elevator system and so on.Bidirectional DC-DC converters have become the research focus of scholars all over the world.In this paper, the reflux power problem of phase-shifted full bridge bi-directional soft switching DC-DC converter is studied.The problem of power reflux will reduce the efficiency of the converter, increase the current stress of the switch, and reduce the soft switching range.In this paper, the working principle of phase-shifted full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter is analyzed in detail, and the point of view that there is some constraint between eliminating backflow power and realizing soft switch in phase-shifted full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter is put forward.Then, by analyzing the topology of phase-shifted full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter, an improved full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter based on reactance network is proposed, and a new experimental solution is developed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation, it is proved that this scheme can solve the problem that the reflux power of phase-shifted full-bridge bi-directional DC-DC converter is zero and the whole process soft switching is constrained.According to the software and hardware design of the system, the experimental platform is built, and the new scheme is verified experimentally.By analyzing the experimental results, we can draw the conclusion that the new scheme can solve the problem of zero reflux power of phase-shifted full-bridge circuit and the constraint of full-process soft switching.
