交直流混联电力系统静态电压稳定性分析及FACTS优化配置研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国特高压直流电网建设发展迅速,由于其输送容量巨大,需要在系统安全运行和稳定控制中高度重视,进行充分的事故预想和对策分析,这给电网运行管理和生产带来了新的挑战和研究课题。随着交直流混联系统的不断发展,如何保证系统的安全稳定运行引起国内外学者的广泛关注,FACTS为实现这一目标提供了新的控制技术和有效手段。对于一个大型电网,FACTS的应用效果很大程度上取决于其在电网中配置是否合理。针对电网的稳定运行需求,如何合理地选择FACTS在电网中的接入地点、类型及容量是一个亟待解决的问题。 本论文依托河南电网公司横向课题“大型交直流混联受端系统静态电压稳定特性分析与对策研究”,以哈密—郑州±800kV特高压直流及其投运后的河南电网为研究对象,对该交直流混联系统进行了静态电压稳定性分析及FACTS优化配置研究,主要研究内容如下: (1)定义了用于评价交直流混联系统静态电压稳定水平的系统负荷能力指标。从理论上分析了不同的直流系统控制方式对受端电网静态电压稳定性产生的影响。将哈郑直流投运后河南电网的运行方式进行了细分和计算,对直流系统控制方式进行了优化分析,并得出了不同的直流传输功率下系统最佳运行方式。 (2)指出FACTS理想的接入地点应该是一些较优安装地点(包括母线和线路)的集合,选用在我国实际电网中已获得广泛应用的SVC与TCSC,以寻找电网中的薄弱母线和关键线路为目标,提出分别采用模态分析法、灵敏度分析法求取母线参与因子、线路灵敏度系数,对电网中母线、线路安装FACTS的优先次序进行排序,作为FACTS接入地点选择的依据。 (3)建立了系统静态电压稳定性-]ACTS投资费用多目标优化的数学模型,为了求解系统静态电压稳定水平足够高且投资费用尽量低的多目标优化问题,提出混沌自适应进化算法,该算法在NSGA-Ⅱ算法的基础上对初代种群的生成、遗传算子等关键技术进行了改进。 (4)以哈郑直流投运后的河南电网为研究对象,利用提出的FACTS接入地点选择方法与混沌自适应进化算法,对FACTS进行了优化配置,并给出了不同直流传输功率下推荐的FACTS配置方案。对SVC与TCSC接入地点、相关容量与参数的设置等进行了排序,拟定FACTS投资建设顺序供决策人员参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of UHV DC power network in China has developed rapidly. Due to its huge transportation capacity, it needs to attach great importance to the safe operation and stability control of the system, and make full accident prediction and countermeasure analysis.This brings new challenges and research topics to grid operation management and production.With the continuous development of AC / DC hybrid systems, how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. Facts provides a new control technology and effective means to achieve this goal.The application effect of facts to a large power grid depends to a great extent on its reasonable configuration in the power network.In view of the stable operation demand of the power network, how to select the access location, type and capacity of FACTS in the power network is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper relies on the horizontal project of Henan Power Grid Company, "static voltage stability characteristic analysis and countermeasure study of large AC / DC hybrid terminal system", taking Hami Zhengzhou 卤800kV UHV DC and the Henan power grid after commissioning as the research object.The static voltage stability analysis and FACTS optimal configuration of the AC / DC hybrid system are studied. The main contents are as follows:The system load capacity index is defined to evaluate the static voltage stability level of AC / DC hybrid system.The influence of different DC system control methods on the static voltage stability of the terminal power network is analyzed theoretically.The operation mode of Henan power network is subdivided and calculated, the control mode of DC system is optimized and analyzed, and the optimal operation mode of the system under different DC transmission power is obtained.It is pointed out that the ideal access location for FACTS should be a collection of some better installation sites (including busbar and line). The SVC and TCS, which have been widely used in the actual power grid in China, are chosen to find the weak busbar and key line in the power network.Modal analysis method and sensitivity analysis method are used to calculate the bus participation factor and line sensitivity coefficient respectively. The priority order of bus and line FACTS installation in power network is put forward as the basis for the selection of FACTS access location.In order to solve the multi-objective optimization problem with high static voltage stability and low investment cost, a chaotic adaptive evolutionary algorithm is proposed.On the basis of NSGA- 鈪,
