全球市场准入的高功率LED电子驱动器的设计

【摘要】:LED光源照明如今在全球发展迅猛。由于LED光源照明系统寿命长、可靠性高、节能和易于智能控制等优点,已经取代了大量的传统照明。作为LED光源照明系统中核心部件之一的LED光源电子驱动器,其性能与电气参数的设计也显得非常重要。它的设计好坏也将直接影响到整个LED光源照明系统是否能够体现其优势的关键。现今整个LED光源照明市场的竞争异常激烈,大部分LED光源电子驱动器的功率受产品自身成本和可靠性的压力,输出功率普遍不是太高,大部分都在100W以下。这在一些需要高亮度照明的应用场合就会受到很多的条件制约,不利于产品参与市场竞争。另一方面,由于全球各国基础设施的差异及其法律法规,标准体系的差异所形成技术壁垒,往往使很多LED光源电子驱动器的制造商只能针对某一国家的特定市场来进行产品的研发设计去符合该市场的需求。这种单一性,针对性较强的产品,局限性也很明显,市场竞争力较弱,往往不利于去开拓其它国家的市场。本文提出了设计一款能满足全球市场准入的高功率(150W)LED光源电子驱动器产品的可行性。从全球主要的两大标准体系(一是以美国为主的北美国家,另一个是以国际电工技术委员会会IEC为主的全球大部分国家)对两者所颁发的针对LED光源电子驱动器产品的法律法规和安全规范出发,如电磁兼容、输入电流谐波和产品安全设计之间的差异和具体要求进行阐述和分析,最后决定采用了滤波线路,有源功率因数校正线路和LLC谐振软开关线路的设计方案。然后进一步对相关电子线路的工作原理和产品安全设计的要求进行了详尽的分析和电气参数进行设计。最终设计出的150W高功率LED光源电子驱动器通过了该类产品所规定的相关测试,以成功的测试结果来验证该产品的最终设计是符合到预期的设计要求,是一款可以参与全球市场竞争的高功率LED光源电子驱动器。
[Abstract]:LED lighting is developing rapidly all over the world.Because of the advantages of long life, high reliability, energy saving and easy intelligent control, LED lighting system has replaced a large number of traditional lighting.As one of the core components of the LED lighting system, the design of the performance and electrical parameters of the LED light source electronic driver is also very important.Its design will also directly affect the whole LED lighting system can reflect its advantages or not the key.Nowadays, the competition of the whole LED lighting market is very fierce. Most of the power of LED light source electronic driver is under the pressure of product cost and reliability, the output power is generally not too high, most of them are below 100W.This will be restricted by a lot of conditions in some applications that need high brightness lighting, which is not conducive to the participation of products in market competition.On the other hand, due to the differences in infrastructure, laws and regulations, and the differences in standards systems,Often, many manufacturers of LED light source electronic drives can only develop and design their products in a specific market in a given country to meet the needs of that market.This kind of single, pertinence product, the limitation is also very obvious, the market competition ability is weaker, often is unfavorable to open up the market of other countries.This paper presents the feasibility of designing a high power 150WN LED light source electronic driver which can satisfy the global market access.From the two major standards systems in the world (the first is the North American country, which is dominated by the United States),The other is that most of the world's countries, dominated by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), issue laws, regulations and safety regulations for LED light source electronic driver products, such as electromagnetic compatibility.The difference between the input current harmonics and the safety design of the product is expounded and analyzed. Finally, the design scheme of filter circuit, active power factor correction line and LLC resonant soft switch circuit is decided.Then the working principle of related electronic circuits and the requirements of product safety design are analyzed in detail and electrical parameters are designed.Finally, the 150W high power LED light source electronic driver has passed the relevant tests stipulated by this kind of product, and the final design of the product is verified to meet the expected design requirements with the successful test results.Is a high-power LED light source electronic driver that can participate in the global market competition.
