基于解析-数值技术的变压器绕组温度分布计算

【摘要】:油浸式电力变压器的热特性作为变压器设计制造与运行过程屮的重要参量,是衡量变压器在日常负载以及过负载条件下运行寿命的一个重要指标。为此,提出了一种解析技术与数值分析相结合的热模型计算变压器绕组温度分布,计算中所需的变山器内部热源分布以及边界条件由解析逼近定出。将该模型应用于100kVA/5kV温升用油浸式变压器的各种负载情况,并将计算结果与实验室温升试验的结果进行了对比,结果表明:该模型的最大误差为4.5℃,相对误差小于8.7%,能用于实时计算运行变压器的绕组温度分布。同时应用该模型可为运行变压器的热点定位研究提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:As an important parameter in the design, manufacture and operation of oil-immersed power transformers, the thermal characteristics of oil-immersed power transformers are an important index to measure the operating life of transformers under daily and overloaded conditions.For this reason, a thermal model combining analytical technique and numerical analysis is proposed to calculate the temperature distribution of transformer windings. The internal heat source distribution and boundary conditions of the transformer are determined by analytical approximation.The model is applied to various load cases of 100kVA/5kV temperature rise oil-immersed transformer, and the calculated results are compared with the results of laboratory temperature rise test. The results show that the maximum error of the model is 4.5 鈩,
