多轮盘转子系统不平衡力识别方法研究

【摘要】:振动是影响汽轮发电机组等各类旋转机械安全稳定运行的主要因素,转子不平衡是旋转机械最常见的振动故障,研究高效、高精度动平衡试验方法具有重要意义。建立了汽轮发电机组高中压转子有限元分析模型,分析了外力作用下转轴弯曲变形情况。研究结果表明,柔性转子动平衡时,如果配重面与不平衡面不重合,会造成转子弯曲变形。弯曲变形会产生新的不平衡力,破坏转轴原先的平衡状态,并导致转子振动爬升,解释了发生在大型汽轮发电机组上的不稳定振动现象。为了降低配重面与不平衡面不重合所带来的不稳定振动,建立了基于应变的多轮盘不平衡力识别方法,该法可以准确检测每一个轮盘处的不平衡力。该法认为旋转坐标系下转子不平衡力的大小和方向为常量,可以通过检测同步旋转状态下转轴截面弯矩变化来识别不平衡力。转轴截面弯矩变化可以用应变测试技术求得。在转子—轴承试验台上对该不平衡识别方法的准确度和可靠性进行了试验验证,设计了试验方案,并开展了系列试验,包括:单轮盘/多轮盘转子系统在不同转速以及不同平衡状态下的质量识别、角度识别、不平衡分布识别等。初步验证了该方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Vibration is the main factor that affects the safe and stable operation of all kinds of rotating machinery, such as turbine-generator sets. Rotor unbalance is the most common vibration fault of rotating machinery. It is of great significance to study the high-efficiency and high-precision dynamic balance test method.The finite element analysis model of high pressure rotor of turbine-generator set is established, and the bending deformation of rotating shaft under external force is analyzed.The results show that the bending deformation of the rotor will be caused if the counterweight surface does not coincide with the unbalanced surface during the dynamic balancing of the flexible rotor.The bending deformation will produce new unbalanced force, destroy the original balance state of the shaft, and cause the rotor vibration to climb, which explains the unstable vibration phenomenon that occurs on the large turbogenerator set.In order to reduce the unstable vibration caused by the mismatch between the counterweight surface and the unbalanced surface, a strain based multi-disc unbalance force identification method is established, which can accurately detect the unbalanced force at each wheel disc.It is considered that the magnitude and direction of rotor unbalance force in rotating coordinate system are constant, and the unbalance force can be identified by detecting the change of cross-section bending moment in synchronous rotation state.The variation of the bending moment of the axial section can be obtained by strain measurement technique.The accuracy and reliability of the unbalance recognition method are tested on the rotor-bearing test bed. The test scheme is designed and a series of tests are carried out.It includes: single wheel / multi disk rotor system quality recognition, angle recognition and unbalanced distribution recognition under different rotational speed and different balance state.The feasibility of the method is preliminarily verified.
