基于亥姆霍兹线圈的磁场探头校准研究

【摘要】:作为国家强制检定的计量设备之一,场强探头是电磁辐射测量仪的重要组成部分,也是电磁兼容检测和环境电磁检测领域常用的测量设备。由于国内只有很少的计量机构能够开展部分磁场探头的校准,为进一步拓宽磁场探头校准能力,保证更多的磁场探头处于受控状态,中国计量科学研究院电磁兼容实验室开展了500kHz~1MHz频率范围内以亥姆霍兹线圈作为场发生装置的磁场探头校准系统的研究与建立。 本文介绍了亥姆霍兹线圈磁场探头校准系统的组成和仪器特性,详细研究了亥姆霍兹线圈的相关特性、均匀场的产生原理以及磁场探头的校准方法,并采用Ansoft Maxwell和MATLAB建立亥姆霍兹线圈模型进行仿真,根据仿真结果分析了线圈内部均匀磁场的分布特点和磁场探头对内部场的扰动影响。通过LabVIEW对系统仪器进行程控,实现了磁场探头校准系统的自动化测试、数据采集以及自动生成报告等功能。最后,对建立的磁场探头校准系统进行测量不确定度评定,并在评定过程中改善校准方法、提高校准精度。 本校准系统的建立进一步扩展了中国计量院磁场探头校准的频率范围,提高了磁场探头的校准水平;同时磁场探头自动化校准软件的开发与使用,在保证测量结果可靠、可信的程度上,提高了磁场探头校准的效率,使之能够更好地为社会服务。
[Abstract]:As one of the metrological equipments for compulsory verification in our country, the field intensity probe is an important part of electromagnetic radiation measuring instrument, and it is also the commonly used measuring equipment in the field of electromagnetic compatibility testing and environmental electromagnetic detection.Since only a few metering institutions in China can carry out calibration of partial magnetic field probes, in order to further expand the calibration capability of magnetic field probes and ensure that more magnetic field probes are in a controlled state,The electromagnetic compatibility Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Metrology has carried out the research and establishment of a magnetic field probe calibration system with Helmholtz coil as the field generator in the 500kHz~1MHz frequency range.In this paper, the composition and instrument characteristics of the magnetic field probe calibration system for Helmholtz coil are introduced. The related characteristics of the Helmholtz coil, the principle of uniform field generation and the calibration method of the magnetic field probe are studied in detail.The Helmholtz coil model is established by Ansoft Maxwell and MATLAB. The distribution characteristics of the uniform magnetic field in the coil and the disturbance effect of the magnetic field probe on the inner field are analyzed according to the simulation results.The automatic test, data acquisition and automatic report generation of the calibration system of magnetic field probe are realized through the program control of the system instrument by LabVIEW.Finally, the measurement uncertainty of the calibration system of magnetic field probe is evaluated, and the calibration method is improved and the calibration precision is improved.The establishment of the calibration system has further expanded the frequency range of magnetic field probe calibration in the Chinese Institute of Metrology, and improved the calibration level of the magnetic field probe. At the same time, the development and use of the automatic calibration software for the magnetic field probe have ensured the reliability of the measurement results.To the extent of credibility, the calibration efficiency of magnetic probe is improved and it can serve the society better.
