基于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的统一电能质量控制器(UPQC)研究与应用

【摘要】:统一电能质量控制器(UPQC)是一种由有源电力滤波串、并联混合组成的电能质量控制装置,既可以改善电网输入电流的电能质量,又可以改善负载电压的电能质量。而模块化多电平换流器(MMC)由于集成了大量的子模块,使用灵活,适用于电压等级高、功率大的场合,因此,本文利用MMC的这个优点,尝试就MMC型UPQC在10kV配网中的应用作了一定的研究与探讨,主要完成的工作及创新点包括以下几点:首先,介绍了电能质量指标的定义,在此基础上综述了UPQC的发展及研究现状,并对传统多电平技术进行了介绍。第二,分析了模块化多电平换流器的基本拓扑结构、物理模型,分析其基本工作原理及优缺点;另外,推导和分析其数学模型,阐述了模块化多电平换流器的四种常见控制策略。第三,论文分析了统一电能质量调节器的原理、整体功能及常见的拓扑结构,重点研究了基于MMC型的UPQC。通过对拓扑结构中联接方式选择和变流器选择的讨论,建立一种可应用于中压配电网的拓扑结构,对其工作原理进行分析并建立其数学模型。针对MMC-UPQC在10kV配网系统中的应用,对MMC-UPQC主电路的各元器件参数进行研究,为设计中压电网中的MMC-UPQC系统提供了一些参考。第四,对MMC-UPQC的控制方式进行了研究。针对MMC-UPQC拓扑的特殊性,应用基于dq坐标变换的检测算法进行分析。在控制算法上,提出在串联侧采用开环反馈电压的控制方式;在并联侧采用电压外环、电流内环解耦的控制方式。最后,论文对所研究的内容给出了仿真及实验。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件环境下搭建了仿真模型,针对UPQC的控制策略以及拓扑结构进行仿真和分析,验证其对电压暂降/暂升以及电流谐波、无功、负序的补偿功能的有效性。最后,基于RTDS平台,针对MMC型UPQC主电路拓扑结构、控制保护柜的功能进行数字-物理闭环实验,验证了其功能的有效性。
[Abstract]:Unified Power quality Controller (UPQC) is a kind of power quality control device which is composed of active power filter string and parallel connection. It can not only improve the power quality of input current but also improve the power quality of load voltage.The modular multilevel converter (MMC), which integrates a large number of sub-modules, is flexible and suitable for high voltage level and high power situations. Therefore, this paper makes use of this advantage of MMC.This paper attempts to study and discuss the application of MMC type UPQC in 10kV distribution network. The main work and innovations are as follows: firstly, the definition of power quality index is introduced, and the development and research status of UPQC is summarized.The traditional multi-level technology is also introduced.Secondly, the basic topology, physical model, basic working principle, advantages and disadvantages of modularized multilevel converter are analyzed, in addition, its mathematical model is deduced and analyzed.Four common control strategies of modularized multilevel converter are described.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the principle, the whole function and the common topology of the unified power quality regulator, and focuses on the research of the UPQC based on MMC.Through the discussion of the choice of connection mode and converter in topology structure, a kind of topology structure which can be applied to medium voltage distribution network is established, and its working principle is analyzed and its mathematical model is established.Aiming at the application of MMC-UPQC in 10kV distribution system, the main circuit parameters of MMC-UPQC are studied, which provides some references for the design of MMC-UPQC system in medium voltage power network.Fourthly, the control mode of MMC-UPQC is studied.Aiming at the particularity of MMC-UPQC topology, the detection algorithm based on dq coordinate transformation is applied to analyze.In the control algorithm, the open-loop feedback voltage is used in the series side and the voltage outer loop and the current inner loop are decoupled in the parallel side.At last, the simulation and experiment are given.In the environment of PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software, the simulation model is built, and the control strategy and topology of UPQC are simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the compensation function of voltage sag / surge and current harmonics, reactive power and negative sequence.Finally, based on the RTDS platform, the digital physical closed-loop experiment of the function of the MMC type UPQC main circuit topology and the function of the control protection cabinet is carried out, which verifies the effectiveness of the function.
