输电线路铁塔的选型设计与结构优化研究

【摘要】:本文主要针对110kV~750kV送电线路中使用的自立式铁塔进行研究,根据安全可靠、技术先进、保护环境、控制成本的原则,选取常用的塔型。对常用塔型的绝缘配合及防雷保护、间隙圆及金具、塔头电气尺寸、杆塔荷载、结构形式等进行优化研究。并开展相关技术的应用性建模计算。结合作者在实际工程中的经验总结出来的一些个人的想法,对比铁塔各项指标对整个工程造价、安全系数、环境的影响大小,从塔头电气尺寸、塔身坡度、塔身断面形式、塔身横隔设置、传力线路、根开尺寸、场地运输便利性等方面综合考虑,对已有及优化的铁塔进行计算和经济性对比。经过计算对比,提出针对各项指标的优化方案,力求最终优化得出的塔型能尽量完美的满足电气安全和结构可靠以及规程要求的前提下,具有最轻的塔重且具有可应用性,又可最大限度上保护环境不影响周边植被等的同时为电网的建设节省成本。
[Abstract]:Based on the principles of safety and reliability, advanced technology, environmental protection and cost control, the common tower type is selected in this paper.The insulation coordination and lightning protection of common tower type, gap circle and metal tool, electric size of tower head, tower load, structure form and so on are optimized.The application modeling calculation of related technology is carried out.Combined with the author's experience in practical engineering, some personal ideas are summarized, comparing the influence of various indexes of iron tower on the whole project cost, safety factor and environment, from the electrical dimensions of tower head, tower slope, tower section form,In this paper, the calculation and economic comparison of existing and optimized iron towers are carried out on the basis of comprehensive consideration of tower structure, transmission line, root opening size, site transportation convenience and so on.Through calculation and comparison, the optimization scheme for each index is put forward, and the tower type obtained by the final optimization can meet the requirements of electrical safety and structural reliability as well as the requirements of the code as well as the requirements of the code. It has the lightest tower weight and can be applied.It can also protect the environment to the maximum extent without affecting the surrounding vegetation and save the cost for the construction of power grid at the same time.
