电暖器的设计与研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着环境的逐年恶化,极端天气屡见不鲜。在寒冷的冬季,国内主要取暖方式有两种,在北方多为燃煤锅炉取暖,南方多为空调取暖。燃煤锅炉取暖每年向空气排放粉尘和一氧化碳、二氧化硫等有害气体,使空气污染严重。而空调易积灰、不易清洗的缺点使人们更加容易患上空调病和呼吸道疾病。本课题以用户为中心,从工业设计角度出发,探究室内空气质量与污染的解决方案,从而研发新型的电暖器产品。 在前期研究部分,对课题背景、问题现状、室内空气质量国家标准、国内外现有技术及课题研究内容、思路、意义进行了陈述。然后对项目任务要求书进行了分析,确定了项目流程、主要任务与项目分工。 采用工业设计的研究方法对市场进行详细的调研,对现有品牌代表产品做了调查,并分析其市场占有率情况、产品发展趋势等等。在对用户的调研中,以用户为中心,采用调查问卷和访谈的形式进行展开,总结出用户基本需求。对产品进行了定位,对使用环境进行分析,确定产品层次与产品需求。 根据前期研究所得进行概念设计,,通过思维导图的分析,规定了方案设计时需要遵循的基本要素,从而使设计出的产品符合实际。将多个概念进行概念草图绘制,得出产品可能的发展方向,而后对最佳的概念进行精细绘制,进行细节设计,产生最终确定方案。将定案用Rhino软件建立数字曲面,验证方案的可行性,确定最终的产品外观。使用Pro/ENGINEER进行结构设计,确保外观与结构的完整性。最后进行实物样机的制作与测试,对整个方案进行展示与评估。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deterioration of the environment year by year, extreme weather is common.In the cold winter, there are two main heating ways in China, most of them are coal fired boilers in the north and air conditioning in the south.Coal-fired boilers emit dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and other harmful gases to the air every year for heating, which causes serious air pollution.Air conditioning is easy to accumulate ash, not easy to clean the shortcomings of air conditioning and respiratory diseases.From the point of view of industrial design, this paper explores the solution of indoor air quality and pollution, and develops a new type of electric heater.In the part of the previous research, the background of the project, the present situation of the problem, the national standard of indoor air quality, the existing technology at home and abroad, the research contents, the ideas and the significance of the research are stated.Then the project task request book is analyzed, and the project flow, main task and project division are determined.The research method of industrial design is used to investigate the market in detail, the representative products of existing brands are investigated, and its market share, product development trend and so on are analyzed.In the research of users, the basic needs of users are summed up by means of questionnaires and interviews.The product location, use environment analysis, determine the product level and product requirements.According to the previous research, the conceptual design is carried out. Through the analysis of the map of thinking, the basic elements to be followed in the design of the scheme are defined, so that the product designed is in line with the reality.The concept sketch of several concepts is used to draw the possible development direction of the product, and then the best concept is carefully drawn and the detail design is carried out, resulting in the final determination of the project.The digital surface is built with Rhino software, the feasibility of the scheme is verified and the final product appearance is determined.Use Pro/ENGINEER for structural design to ensure the appearance and integrity of the structure.Finally, the prototype is made and tested, and the whole project is demonstrated and evaluated.
