智能高压开关柜局部放电在线监测系统研制

【摘要】:智能高压开关柜是智能电网的重要电力设备之一,对保障智能电网安全运行起到了重要作用。绝缘故障是导致智能高压开关柜和其他电力设备发生电力故障或事故的主要原因之一,严重影响了电力系统安全运行。对电力设备进行局部放电在线监测能够及时发现设备的绝缘故障,防止事故进一步扩大,有效的减少了电力事故的发生,因此,对电力设备进行在线监测意义重大。本文主要针对智能高压开关柜局部放电在线监测系统进行了研究,具体研究内容如下: 首先,阐述了局部放电的原理及各种检测方法,设计了智能高压开关柜局部放电在线监测系统的总体方案,主要包括超声波和超高频局部放电监测单元的设计。 其次,着重设计了监测系统的硬件部分和软件部分。硬件部分设计包括包括超声波检测电路、超高频检测电路、DSP最小系统和通信部分的硬件电路设计,并在实验室条件下,对超声波放电检测电路进行了实际测试;软件部分设计了超声波监测系统的下位机软件,包括信号采集、信号处理、显示和通信程序的设计,并和上位机软件进行了联调测试。 最后,研究了监测系统基于信息融合技术的模式识别过程,系统信息融合包括特征层和决策层的信息融合。以超声波放电信息为对象,研究了监测系统的模式识别过程,并在实验室条件下对模式识别过程进行了论证。 本文设计的超声波局部放电在线监测系统在实验室条件下取得了较好的效果,基本实现了系统的功能。对超高频局部放电监测系统研究了设计思想,是需进一步研究的内容。
[Abstract]:Intelligent high voltage switchgear is one of the important power equipment in smart grid, which plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of smart grid.Insulation fault is one of the main causes of power failure or accident in intelligent high-voltage switchgear and other power equipment, which seriously affects the safe operation of power system.On-line partial discharge monitoring of power equipment can detect insulation faults in time, prevent further expansion of accidents, and effectively reduce the occurrence of power accidents. Therefore, on-line monitoring of power equipment is of great significance.In this paper, the on-line monitoring system of intelligent high voltage switchgear partial discharge is studied. The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly, the principle and various detection methods of partial discharge are introduced, and the overall scheme of intelligent high voltage switchgear partial discharge on-line monitoring system is designed, which mainly includes the design of ultrasonic and UHF partial discharge monitoring unit.Secondly, the hardware and software of the monitoring system are designed.The hardware design includes ultrasonic detection circuit, UHF detection circuit, DSP minimum system and communication circuit. The ultrasonic discharge detection circuit is tested in the laboratory.In the software part, the lower computer software of ultrasonic monitoring system is designed, including the design of signal acquisition, signal processing, display and communication program.Finally, the pattern recognition process of monitoring system based on information fusion technology is studied. The system information fusion includes feature level and decision level information fusion.Taking ultrasonic discharge information as an object, the pattern recognition process of the monitoring system is studied, and the pattern recognition process is demonstrated under laboratory conditions.The ultrasonic partial discharge on-line monitoring system designed in this paper has achieved good results in laboratory conditions and has basically realized the functions of the system.The design idea of UHF PD monitoring system is studied, which needs further research.
