导电涂料的制备与性能

【摘要】:本文采用掺杂法制备了金属(铜、镍)粉末掺杂的不同聚合物体系(醇酸树脂、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂)的导电涂料。首先用自制超分散剂对金属粉末(铜粉、镍粉)进行超分散改性,同时通过超分散剂的具有还原性质的三乙醇胺末端基实现对铜粉导电涂料的抗氧化改性;然后优化了导电涂料的制备工艺,得到性能稳定的导电涂料。 利用丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,,铜、镍粉作为导电填料,进行配方试验,通过不同导电填料添加量、不同超分散剂添加量、不同防沉剂添加量以及不同涂膜厚度对涂层导电性能及物理机械性能的影响分析,得到优化的导电涂料配方及性能。 研究结果表明,丙烯酸树脂体系导电涂料具有良好的导电性能和机械性能;环氧树脂体系导电涂料存在韧性不足、固化温度高、导电性能差等缺点;醇酸树脂体系导电涂料导电性能优异,但由于醇酸树脂中往往会残留有一些双键、羟基等,常常影响其理化性能,存在完全干燥时间长,涂料长期放置后导电性能下降等缺点。
[Abstract]:In this paper, conductive coatings of different polymer systems (alkyd resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin) doped with metal (copper, nickel) powder were prepared by doping method.Firstly, the metal powder (copper powder, nickel powder) was modified by self-made hyperdispersant, and the oxidation resistance of copper powder conductive coating was modified by triethanolamine terminal group with reducing property of hyperdispersant.Then the preparation process of conductive coatings was optimized to obtain stable conductive coatings.Using acrylic resin, epoxy resin, alkyd resin as film-forming material, copper and nickel powder as conductive filler, the formula was tested by adding different amount of conductive filler and hyperdispersant.The effects of different amount of antisettling agent and different thickness of coating film on the conductive and mechanical properties of the coatings were analyzed. The optimized formulation and properties of the conductive coatings were obtained.The results show that the conductive coatings of acrylic resin system have good electrical and mechanical properties, and the conductive coatings of epoxy resin system have the disadvantages of poor toughness, high curing temperature and poor electrical conductivity.The conductive coatings of alkyd resin system have excellent conductive properties, but because of the presence of some double bonds and hydroxyl groups in the alkyd resins, the physical and chemical properties of the coatings are often affected, the complete drying time is long, and the conductive properties of the coatings are decreased after a long period of time.
