谢庄110kV变电站备用电源自动投入问题的研究

【摘要】:随着电网建设速度的加快,电网中出现了各种电磁环网问题,电磁环网问题已经逐步威胁到电网的正常运行,为了降低电网运行的风险,电网中逐步施行了解环策略,解环之后电网相应的供电可靠性会下降,为了避免解环后带来的新的问题,有必要考虑在电网中应用备自投装置。在解环后,电网新的问题就是会引起短路电流升高,除此之外,解环之后的设备N-1故障会导致相应站点电压出现稳定问题。在备用电源自动投入问题方面,如何对相应功能模块逻辑进行整定以及相关的配置技术进行研究,将是一项非常重要的技术,这些对于提高装置动作的正确性具有十分重要的意义。备自投装置投入可以大大提供负荷站点的供电可靠性,但是目前面临的技术瓶颈是备自投装置如何投入使用的问题,合理投入使用备自投装置不仅可以提高供电可靠性,还可以满足电能质量的要求。本文基于上述背景以谢庄110kV变电站为案例开展研究,对谢庄变电站备自投装置运行现状以及运行特性展开分析,首先从备自投装置功能逻辑模块展开调研,随后从继电保护的角度入手来研究谢庄110kV变电站备自投电源自动投入控制策略。通过分析谢庄110kV站点工程,对之前的备自投系统存在的问题进行分析,包括逻辑方面、保护方面以及出口回路方面等。最后提出了相应的改进策略以及运行维护手段。本文的研究对于备自投装置在110kV变电站中的应用提供了一套良好的可供借鉴的工程范例。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of power grid construction, there are various electromagnetic ring network problems in the power network, which has gradually threatened the normal operation of the grid. In order to reduce the risk of power grid operation, the strategy of understanding loop has been implemented step by step in the power network.In order to avoid the new problems caused by the unwinding, it is necessary to consider the application of stand-by device in the power network.After unwinding, the new problem of power network is to cause the short circuit current to rise. In addition, the N-1 fault of the equipment after unwinding will lead to the stability problem of the corresponding station voltage.How to set up the logic of the corresponding function module and how to study the related configuration technology will be a very important technology in the automatic input problem of the backup power supply.These are very important to improve the correctness of the device action.The power supply reliability of the load station can be greatly provided by the equipment input, but the technical bottleneck is how to put the equipment into use. The reasonable use of the equipment can not only improve the reliability of power supply, but also improve the reliability of power supply.It can also meet the requirements of power quality.Based on the above background, this paper takes Xiezhuang 110kV Substation as a case study, analyzes the operation status and operation characteristics of standby Auto-Input device in Xiezhuang Substation. First of all, the research is carried out from the functional logic module of standby Auto-Input device.From the perspective of relay protection, the automatic switching control strategy of standby power supply in Xiezhuang 110kV substation is studied.By analyzing the 110kV site project in Xiezhuang, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the former standby system, including logic, protection and exit loop, and so on.Finally, the corresponding improvement strategy and operation and maintenance methods are put forward.The research in this paper provides a set of good engineering examples for the application of stand-by device in 110kV substation.
