配电线路故障在线监测装置研究

【摘要】:在架空配电线路的运行维护中,故障查找长期以来均是线路维护人员难以解决的问题,现阶段并不存在切实有效的检测设备。故障发生时,依靠运行维护人员盲目顺线路查找,加大了运行维护人员劳动的强度,故障处理难度及处理时间也相应增加,进一步影响了配网线路的供电可靠性。本文是针对查找配网架空线路设备故障点困难的问题,所要研究的内容,是在传统故障指示器基础上,引进小波分析、无线通信和地理信息系统等技术,通过这些技术的结合,开发配电线路故障在线监测装置,从而解决线路常规故障定位困难的问题。开发出此装置后,管理人员仅需使用普通计算机作为操作终端,就可方便的登陆监控中心系统,及时了解配电故障状态、快速准确的判断故障位置、进行数据查询及排除故障。运行维护人员也可以将手机等移动设备作为数据接收终端,实时接收故障信息,实现了线路故障定位的综合自动化管理。该系统成功实施后,将改变目前盲目巡线的现状。从经济效益来讲,减轻运行维护人员劳动强度及劳动时间,节约了电力系统的人员开支,大大降低了生产运行成本,为电力系统自动化奠定了基础;从社会效益来讲,处理故障的及时性,进一步提高了电力企业优质服务精神,避免了社会的不良影响,树立了电力企业良好的社会形象。因此该系统必将在电力系统中被广泛采用,其推广应用前景十分广阔。
[Abstract]:In the operation and maintenance of overhead distribution lines, fault finding has long been a difficult problem for line maintainers, and there is no effective testing equipment at the present stage. When the fault occurs, the power supply reliability of the distribution network is further affected by blindly following the line search by the operators and maintainers, which increases the intensity of the labor of the operation and maintenance personnel, and the difficulty of handling the faults and the processing time accordingly, which further affects the power supply reliability of the distribution network lines. In this paper, aiming at the difficulty of finding fault point of overhead line equipment in distribution network, the research content is to introduce wavelet analysis, wireless communication and geographic information system based on traditional fault indicator, through the combination of these technologies. In order to solve the problem of common fault location of distribution line, the on-line monitoring device of distribution line fault is developed. After the development of the device, the manager can easily log on to the monitoring center system by using the common computer as the operation terminal, understand the distribution fault state in time, judge the fault position quickly and accurately, carry on the data inquiry and troubleshoot the fault. Mobile devices such as mobile phones can also be used as data receiving terminals to receive fault information in real time to realize the integrated automation management of line fault location. The successful implementation of the system will change the current situation of blind line inspection. In terms of economic benefits, it reduces the labor intensity and working time of the maintenance personnel, saves the personnel expenses of the power system, greatly reduces the production and operation costs, and lays the foundation for the automation of the power system; in terms of social benefits, The timeliness of dealing with faults further improves the spirit of high quality service of electric power enterprises, avoids the bad influence of society, and sets up a good social image of electric power enterprises. Therefore, the system will be widely used in the power system, and its application prospects are very broad.
