高频静电除尘电源的研究

【摘要】:摘要:电源作为静电除尘系统的核心,一直都是国际除尘领域争相研究的热点。本文基于新型非晶磁性材料、大功率电力电子元件、高性能数字信号处理芯片等,针对前沿的高频静电除尘电源开展研究,主要内容如下: 首先,本文研究了静电除尘的基本原理及特性,对比分析了高频静电除尘电源的优越性。研究制定了电源电路的总体设计方案,分别对电源功率电路的整流、滤波、逆变拓扑结构进行了深入探究,确定了基于PWM脉宽调制的全桥逆变电路。并针对高速IGBT的开关损耗进行了软开关技术的研究。 其次,对高频静电除尘电源的核心部分高频变压器进行了重点的研制。对比分析了非晶磁芯材料与传统磁性材料的特性,给出了非晶变压器的设计原则与方法。分析了高频变压器的主要参数漏感与分布电容,提出了控制变压器寄生参数的方法。给出了高频变压器的等效电路模型,并应用串并联谐振逆变技术,对实验用功率电路整体进行了优化。 本文介绍的电源控制系统以DSP数字芯片为核心,包括硬件电路部分与软件信号处理电路两个方面。其中硬件部分包括驱动电路、过电流保护、采样电路、信号调制、光耦隔离及火花检测的探究。 最后,对除尘电源负载端的火花控制与电源系统的电磁兼容进行了探究与分析。根据静电除尘器电晕放电和火花放电的特性及其对除尘效率的影响,研究了基于PWM信号调节电源输出功率为基本方法的三段式最佳火花率控制算法;在电磁兼容方面,分析高频电源系统的干扰源,给出了基于软硬件的干扰抑制措施。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: as the core of electrostatic dust collection system, power supply has always been a hot topic in the field of international dust collection. Based on new amorphous magnetic materials, high power electronic components, high performance digital signal processing chips and so on, this paper focuses on the research of high frequency electrostatic dusting power supply. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, the basic principle and characteristics of electrostatic dusting are studied, and the advantages of high frequency electrostatic dusting power are compared and analyzed. The overall design scheme of power supply circuit is studied, and the topology of rectifier, filter and inverter of power supply circuit is studied, and the full-bridge inverter circuit based on PWM pulse width modulation is determined. The soft switching technology of high speed IGBT is studied. Secondly, the core part of high-frequency electrostatic dusting power supply is researched and developed. The characteristics of amorphous core materials and traditional magnetic materials are analyzed, and the design principles and methods of amorphous transformers are given. The leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of high frequency transformer are analyzed, and the method of controlling parasitic parameters of transformer is put forward. The equivalent circuit model of high frequency transformer is given, and the power circuit for experiment is optimized by using series and parallel resonant inverter technology. The power supply control system introduced in this paper is based on DSP digital chip, including hardware circuit and software signal processing circuit. The hardware includes driving circuit, overcurrent protection, sampling circuit, signal modulation, optocoupler isolation and spark detection. Finally, the spark control at the load end of the dusting power supply and the electromagnetic compatibility of the power supply system are explored and analyzed. According to the characteristics of corona discharge and spark discharge of electrostatic precipitator and their influence on dust collection efficiency, a three-stage optimal spark rate control algorithm based on PWM signal regulating power output power is studied. The interference source of high frequency power supply system is analyzed, and the interference suppression measures based on software and hardware are given.
