开关电路浪涌电流保护的研究

【摘要】:当今,电子产品已在通讯、计算机、家电、航空等领域获得了广泛应用。为适应电子产品的应用要求,对电子产品的电源性能要求有很高的要求。当电源输出端超过额定负载或短路时,会对电源造成一定的损坏,使产品系统无法正常工作。浪涌也叫突波,顾名思义就是超出正常工作电压的瞬间过电压。本质上讲,浪涌是发生在仅仅几百万分之一秒时间内的一种剧烈脉冲。因此增_7开关电源浪涌电流的保护电路研究,可以增_7电子产品功能的可靠度,功能稳定性。 本文首先介绍了浪涌电流的发生原因,分析了浪涌电流的所产生危害。电子产品的开关电源电路工作在高压和开关电源同时也工作在大电流状态下,并且受到浪涌电流的威胁,晶体管和集成电路耐受电、热冲击的能力较差,在使用过程中给用户带来很大的不便。为了保护开关电源自身和负载的安全,根据开关电源的原理和特点,提出了过热保护,过电流保护,过电压保护以及软启动保护电路等保护电路。 本文利用开关电路保护原理,对产品应用电路的原理分析,,信号检测以及实验数据的验证,通过对产品电路上滤波移除优化使开关电路免受浪涌电流冲击起到对产品的保护作用。这样延长电子产品的使用寿命年限,降低产品的维护成本来提高用户的使用安全和用户的满意。
[Abstract]:Today, electronic products have been widely used in communication, computer, home appliances, aviation and other fields. In order to meet the application requirements of electronic products, the power supply performance requirements of electronic products are very high. When the output end of the power supply exceeds the rated load or short circuit, it will cause certain damage to the power supply and make the product system unable to work properly. Surges are also called sudden waves. As the name implies, they are instantaneous overvoltages that exceed normal operating voltages. Essentially, a surge is a violent pulse that occurs in just a few millionths of a second. Therefore, the research of surge current protection circuit can increase the reliability and function stability of the Snap7 electronic products. In this paper, the cause of surge current is introduced, and the harm of surge current is analyzed. Switching power supply circuits of electronic products work in high voltage and switching power supply at the same time in high current state, and are threatened by surge current. Transistors and integrated circuits have poor resistance to electricity and heat shock. In the use of the process to the user caused great inconvenience. In order to protect the safety of switching power supply itself and load, according to the principle and characteristics of switching power supply, the protection circuits such as overheat protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection and soft start protection circuit are put forward. Based on the principle of switch circuit protection, this paper analyzes the principle of the product application circuit, the signal detection and the verification of the experimental data. The switching circuit is protected from the surge current by the filter removal from the product circuit. In this way, the service life of electronic products is prolonged and the maintenance cost is reduced to improve the safety and satisfaction of users.
