柔性多层带材电磁元件集成方法及应用

【摘要】:开关电源广泛应用信息通讯系统、工业控制、航空交通等场合,功率密度是开关电源的关键指标之一。 首先,论文从提高开关电源的功率密度角度出发,指出了无源元件集成技术是实现高功率密度的一种有效方法,介绍了PCB集成技术和FMLF集成技术的结构、实例,比较和总结了两种集成技术的材料和优缺点,阐明了建立分布参数模型具有重要的理论价值。 其次,论文给出了三种不同FMLF的物理结构和等效模型,提出了采用三种FMLF的EMI滤波器和boost电感的集成结构Ⅰ,说明了集成结构Ⅰ的电磁分析,建立了集成结构Ⅰ的分布参数模型,考察了不同电路参数对EMI滤波器插入损耗的影响,介绍了1kW PFC变换器实验样机设计过程,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 然后,论文给出了一种在经典PFC变换器拓扑基础上调整的新型拓扑,提出了一种采用两种FMLF的EMI滤波器和boost电感的集成结构Ⅱ,说明了集成结构Ⅱ的电磁分析,建立了集成结构Ⅱ的分布参数模型,预测了共模和差模EMI噪音,通过一台1kW PFC变换器实验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。 最后,论文给出了采用两种FMLF的LLC谐振变换器集成变压器的物理构造,说明了集成谐振参数的计算过程,介绍了集成变压器的制作流程,制作并测试了采用3个不同规格电介质薄膜材料的1kW-1MHz LLC谐振变换器集成变压器,比较了电介质薄膜材料PP和PET在LLC谐振变换器中性能。
[Abstract]:Switching power supply is widely used in information communication system, industrial control, air traffic and so on. Power density is one of the key indexes of switching power supply. Firstly, from the point of view of increasing the power density of switching power supply, the paper points out that passive component integration is an effective method to realize high power density, and introduces the structure and example of PCB and FMLF integration technology. The materials, advantages and disadvantages of the two integrated technologies are compared and summarized, and the important theoretical value of establishing the distributed parameter model is explained. Secondly, the physical structure and equivalent model of three different FMLF are given, and the integrated structure I of EMI filter and boost inductor using three kinds of FMLF is proposed, and the electromagnetic analysis of the integrated structure I is explained. The distribution parameter model of integrated structure I is established, the influence of different circuit parameters on insertion loss of EMI filter is investigated, and the design process of experimental prototype of 1kW PFC converter is introduced. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Then, a new topology based on the classical PFC converter topology is proposed, and an integrated structure 鈪,
