直流微电网的优化配置与能量管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,为改善能源结构,可再生能源和分布式发电得到广泛应用,微电网技术快速发展,微电网的研究一直以交流微电网为主,但是随着直流负载和直流分布式电源的大量使用,直流微电网展现出强大的优势。本文针对选取的直流微电网系统,采用改进的微分进化算法和模糊控制的最大隶属度原则求解了它的优化配置与能量管理问题,并对其中混合储能系统的功率分配方法进行了研究,主要内容包括:本文首先选取了一种直流微电网结构,详细介绍其中不同类型的分布式电源,研究它们的特性和等效模型,并针对蓄电池与超级电容组成的混合储能系统,提出一种基于蓄电池分阶段恒功率充放电的功率分配方案,充分发挥蓄电池与超级电容各自储能优势,在满足储能需求的前提下,延长蓄电池使用寿命。在直流微电网结构上,根据负荷总量和环境因素等相关数据,以机组类型和容量为优化变量,考虑多种约束条件,以微电网投资运行成本最低为目标,建立优化配置模型,选用微分进化算法并加以改进,在Matlab环境下编程求解,分别得到储能系统为单一储能和混合储能两种情况下的优化配置结果,并进行对比分析,为直流微电网的实际建设提供参考,同时验证了混合储能系统的优越性。在优化配置完成后的直流微电网系统中,以典型日微电网运行过程中各分布式电源的出力情况作为优化变量,以运行维护费用和负载失电率作为目标,建立能量管理的多目标优化模型,在改进微分进化算法的基础上,分别采用多目标非劣排序和模糊控制的最大隶属度原则,获得微电网运行的帕累托解集合综合满意度最大的唯一解,证明微电网运行经济型与可靠性之间可以获得有效折衷,通过对最优解对应的运行状态进行分析,验证所采用的能量管理优化方法的合理性和实用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to improve the energy structure, renewable energy and distributed generation have been widely used, microgrid technology has developed rapidly, the research of microgrid has been focused on AC microgrid. However, with the large use of DC load and DC distributed power, DC microgrid shows powerful advantages. In this paper, an improved differential evolutionary algorithm and the principle of maximum membership of fuzzy control are used to solve the problem of optimal configuration and energy management for the selected DC microgrid system. The power distribution method of hybrid energy storage system is studied. The main contents are as follows: firstly, a kind of DC microgrid structure is selected, and different types of distributed power generation are introduced in detail, and their characteristics and equivalent models are studied. Aiming at the hybrid energy storage system composed of storage battery and super capacitor, a power distribution scheme based on constant power charge and discharge of storage battery is proposed to give full play to the respective advantages of storage battery and super capacitor. On the premise of meeting the requirement of energy storage, the service life of battery is prolonged. In the structure of DC microgrid, according to the data of total load and environmental factors, taking unit type and capacity as optimization variables, considering various constraints, and taking the minimum operating cost of micro-grid investment as the goal, the optimal configuration model is established. The differential evolution algorithm is selected and improved, and the optimal configuration of the energy storage system is obtained under the Matlab environment. The results are compared and analyzed, respectively, when the energy storage system is a single energy storage system and a hybrid energy storage system. It provides a reference for the practical construction of DC microgrid and verifies the superiority of hybrid energy storage system. In the DC microgrid system with optimized configuration, the output of each distributed generation during the operation of a typical daily microgrid is taken as the optimization variable, and the operation maintenance cost and load power loss rate are taken as the targets. The multi-objective optimization model of energy management is established. Based on the improved differential evolution algorithm, the principle of multi-objective non-inferior ranking and the maximum membership degree of fuzzy control are adopted, respectively. The Pareto solution set of microgrid operation is obtained and the unique solution with the greatest satisfaction degree is obtained. It is proved that an effective compromise can be obtained between the economic operation and reliability of the microgrid operation, and the corresponding operation state of the optimal solution is analyzed. The rationality and practicability of the energy management optimization method are verified.
