直线永磁同步电机力特性测试技术研究

【摘要】:直线永磁同步电机能够以“零传动”的方式将电能直接转化为直线运动的机械能,将其应用于直接驱动领域时,相比于传统的驱动方式在速度、加速度和定位精度等方面有很大优势。在国外,使用直线永磁同步电机驱动的高速高精加工中心已经非常普遍,但是在我国,直线永磁同步电机性能的测试和评价技术一直缺乏成熟的标准,阻碍了直线永磁同步电机在一些高精度领域的使用。 本文对直线永磁同步电机的力特性,,即定位力、推力波动等的测试技术进行了研究,主要内容包括以下几个方面: 首先,对直线永磁同步电机的力特性进行分析,以推力产生波动的主要原因为开端分别对直线永磁同步电机的纹波推力、齿槽定位力和端部定位力进行了解析分析,并对最终将用于测试实验的样机进行了定位力和推力的有限元仿真计算,解析分析和仿真计算为最终的测试实验结果分析提供理论基础和参考。 其次,对直线永磁同步电机力特性的测试方案进行了研究,简单分析了基于直线伺服电机加载和基于旋转伺服电机加载的两种测试方案的特点,提出了一种基于直线电磁阻尼器加载的测试方案,并在基于旋转伺服电机加载的测试方案的基础上介绍了力特性的测试方法。 再次,对基于旋转伺服电机加载的测试系统进行了设计,分析了测试的原理,通过建立其数学模型分析了其动态特性,并通过有限元仿真软件对测试系统的结构进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,从动力学分析的角度为测试系统的设计和使用提供了指导。 最后,加工完成一套测试系统,在实验室条件下,进行力特性的测试实验,对测试实验结果进行分析,与前文的理论分析结果进行对比,以验证测试方法的正确性和测试系统的有效性,并对测试系统的误差进行分析。
[Abstract]:The linear permanent magnet synchronous motor can convert electrical energy directly into the mechanical energy of linear motion by "zero drive". When it is applied to the direct drive field, compared with the traditional driving mode, it is at the speed. Acceleration and positioning accuracy have great advantages. In foreign countries, the high speed and high precision machining center driven by linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is very common, but in our country, the testing and evaluation technology of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor performance has been lack of mature standard. It hinders the use of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor in some high precision fields. In this paper, the force characteristics of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), that is, the measurement technology of positioning force and thrust fluctuation, are studied. The main contents include the following aspects: First of all, the force characteristics of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed, and the ripple thrust, slot positioning force and end positioning force of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed. The finite element simulation calculation of the positioning force and thrust is carried out for the prototype which will be used in the test experiment finally. The analytical analysis and simulation calculation provide the theoretical basis and reference for the final test experiment result analysis. Secondly, the testing scheme of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied, and the characteristics of two test schemes based on linear servo motor loading and rotating servo motor loading are analyzed. A testing scheme based on linear electromagnetic dampers is proposed, and the test method of force characteristics is introduced on the basis of the test scheme based on rotating servo motor loading. Thirdly, the test system based on rotating servo motor loading is designed, the principle of the test is analyzed, and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed by establishing its mathematical model. The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the structure of the test system are carried out by the finite element simulation software, which provides guidance for the design and application of the test system from the point of view of dynamic analysis. Finally, a set of testing system is completed, and the test results of the force characteristics are tested under the laboratory conditions. The results of the test experiments are compared with those of the previous theoretical analysis. In order to verify the correctness of the test method and the validity of the test system, the error of the test system is analyzed.
