基于脉冲注入法的电缆故障定位

【摘要】:随着电缆的运行负荷和时间的不断增长以及应用数量的持续增多等原因,电力系统中电缆的故障率也越来越高,因此成为影响供电部门正常供电的主要障碍之一。但是,就目前来看,仍然缺少适用范围广、实用性强的电缆故障定位方法。本文研究了现有的电缆故障定位技术,将各种主要定位理论的原理方法进行对比分析,总结各种方法的适用范围和优缺点,并且在深入研究了行波法电缆故障定位的基础上给出了一种基于脉冲注入法的电缆故障定位方法。该方法的原理为将高压脉冲信号注入电缆故障相,故障点放电就会形成一个突跳电压波,突跳电压波传回脉冲注入端并由信号接收电路接收,计算发送电压波时间及反射回来时间的时间差,根据时间差可以计算出故障点位置。此方法定位设备简单易操作,定位效果稳定。该方法能否有效定位,高压脉冲源的设计至关重要,本文提出了高压脉冲源的设计方法,其优点为注入脉冲宽度、周期皆为可调,可检测多种故障类型,,并且可在电缆预定位及精确定位的多种定位方法原理中使用。文章给出了故障定位系统总体方案设计,并对其中高压脉冲源以及信号接收电路的软硬件设计进行了详细说明。设计了信号接收电路,完成了定位软件的编写。经过理论分析及实验室电缆放电模拟实验,证明了设计中的高压脉冲源故障定位的可行性,也说明应用脉冲注入法在电缆故障定位中是切实可行的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of the running load and time of the cable and the continuous increase of the number of applications, the failure rate of the cable in the power system becomes more and more high, so it becomes one of the main obstacles to the normal power supply in the power supply department. However, at present, there is still a lack of a wide range of practical cable fault location methods. In this paper, the existing cable fault location technology is studied, the principle and methods of various main positioning theories are compared and analyzed, and the applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages of these methods are summarized. A method of cable fault location based on pulse injection method is presented on the basis of in-depth study of traveling wave method for cable fault location. The principle of this method is that the high voltage pulse signal is injected into the fault phase of the cable, and the fault point discharge will form a sudden jump voltage wave, which is transmitted back to the pulse injection terminal and received by the signal receiving circuit. The time difference between the time of transmitting voltage wave and the time of reflection back can be calculated, and the location of fault point can be calculated according to the time difference. This method is simple and easy to operate, and the positioning effect is stable. The design of high voltage pulse source is very important to the effective location of this method. In this paper, the design method of high voltage pulse source is proposed. The advantages of this method are that the injection pulse width is adjustable, the period is adjustable, and a variety of fault types can be detected. And can be used in cable pre-positioning and accurate positioning of a variety of positioning principles. In this paper, the overall scheme of the fault location system is presented, and the hardware and software design of the high voltage pulse source and the signal receiving circuit are described in detail. The signal receiving circuit is designed, and the software of positioning is completed. Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiment of cable discharge in laboratory, the feasibility of fault location of high voltage pulse source in the design is proved, and the feasibility of applying pulse injection method in cable fault location is also proved.
