LED远近光一体化前照灯光学设计

【摘要】:本论文的研究内容是上海市产学研合作计划《全LED组合前照灯产业化研发》(编号:沪CXY-2013-39)的子课题。前照灯作为汽车的重要部件之一,其设计好坏不仅仅关系到外形美观,更重要的是直接影响行车安全。与传统的照明光源相比,LED光源具有寿命长、耗电量低、体积小、响应快、设计灵活、控制灵活等优点,特别的,LED灯具的安装深度浅,给车内留出了更多的可用空间。LED可灵活控制的特点让更多的通过改变光型实现道路安全舒适照明的概念成为可能。随着白光LED技术的不断进步和人们对节能环保产品的更高要求,使用LED前照灯的车型不断增加,其大规模应用于汽车照明已经成为必然趋势。在汽车前照灯市场,目前中国本土的汽车灯具供应商还不具备自主研发设计并批量生产全LED组合前照灯的技术实力。但其作为一种趋势,下一代汽车前照灯上将使用的组合技术也只有在具备了LED远近光灯设计能力的基础上才有可能开发成功。应用LED光源的新型智能前照灯系统克服了传统机械调节寿命短、易损坏等缺点,通过排列实现配光的变化,未来的智能前照灯系统必然会因其更灵活更人性化的特性而更受设计师和消费者的欢迎。本文在国内外汽车照明发展研究的基础上,考虑到生产实际中对通用性、实用性、量产化的需求设计了一种LED远近光一体化前照灯,主要包括光学系统设计以及基本的散热器、外型设计,主要工作如下:1.通过对中国半导体产业的发展形势、车灯的发展历史及汽车车灯行业现状的研究,提出了本研究的价值。通过对国内外LED前照灯的发展现状与发展趋势分析,提出了本文的主要研究内容。2.本文着重对利用LED优点对LED远近光一体化前照灯进行了设计,在满足远近光配光标准的前提下尽可能高的提高光能利用率,设计尽可能简化、小型化、适用于工业生产中更多车型的前照灯。3.通过分析LED常用光学系统的应用现状,提出了光学系统的设计方案。该方案完全依靠自由曲面反射器配光,并通过将反射器进行分区实现了小尺寸反射器下的远近光配光,很大程度上节省了前照灯的安装空间。根据GB 25991-2010《汽车用LED前照灯国家标准》,应用车灯光学设计软件LucidShape与三维设计软件CREO对远近光一体化前照灯的反射器进行了仿真模拟与简单的散热设计、外型设计。本文设计的汽车前照灯具有以下创新点:1.与多LED结构的汽车前照灯相比,结构紧凑,一般卤素近光灯耗电为55W,而本文提出的LED近光灯正常工作时功耗仅为2.4W,用于未来的纯电动汽车,具有明显的节能优势。2.与利用LED独立设计的远光灯/近光灯相比,模具加工成本低。3.整体结构的尺寸仅为100mm* 110mm,远近光尺寸组合值仅相当于传统一个近光灯的大小(GB T 4659-84《汽车前照灯类型、主要尺寸和连接尺寸》),跟传统前照灯相比有利于汽车车身的流线形设计。散热片设计与整体的高切合度,整体设计的简约美观,车型适用性高。
[Abstract]:The research content of this paper is the sub project of the industrial research and research cooperation program of Shanghai City, the industrial research and development of the all LED combination headlamp industrialization (number: Shanghai CXY-2013-39). The headlamp is one of the important parts of the automobile. Its design is not only related to the beautiful appearance, but also the more important is the direct driving safety. Compared with the traditional lighting source, LED light is compared. The source has the advantages of long life, low power consumption, small volume, small volume, quick response, flexible design and flexible control. Especially, the installation depth of LED lamps is shallow, and more space.LED can be used in the vehicle to make it possible to realize the concept of road safe and comfortable lighting by changing the light type. With the white light LED Technology Continuous progress and higher requirements for energy saving and environmental protection products, the use of LED headlights continuously increasing, its large-scale application in automotive lighting has become an inevitable trend. In the car headlamp market, the current domestic automotive lamps suppliers do not have the technology of independent research and development design and mass production of all LED combined headlights. However, as a trend, the combination technology that will be used in the next generation of automotive headlights can only be developed on the basis of the ability to design LED far and near light lamps. The new intelligent headlamp system using LED light source overcomes the shortcomings of traditional mechanical adjustment life, easy to damage and so on, and realize the change of light distribution through arrangement. The future intelligent headlamp system is bound to be more popular with designers and consumers because of its more flexible and more humane characteristics. On the basis of the research on the development of automobile lighting at home and abroad, this paper has designed a LED far and near light integrated headlamp, which mainly includes the demand for universal, practical and quantitative production in the production practice. The optical system design, the basic radiator, the exterior design and the main work are as follows: 1. through the development of the Chinese semiconductor industry, the history of the development of the headlights and the current situation of the automobile light industry, the value of this study is put forward. The main points of this paper are put forward through the analysis of the appearance and development trend of the LED headlights at home and abroad. In order to study content.2., this paper focuses on the design of LED far and near light integrated lamp with the advantage of LED, to improve the utilization rate of light energy as high as possible under the premise of meeting the standard of far and near light distribution light, design as simplex as possible, miniaturized, suitable for the headlamp of more vehicles in industrial production by analyzing the needs of the common optical system of LED. With the present situation, the design of the optical system is put forward. The scheme completely relies on the free surface reflector to match the light, and realizes the far and near light distribution under the small reflector by the zoning of the reflector. To a great extent, the installation space of the headlamp is saved. According to the national standard of the LED headlamp for the GB 25991-2010< automobile, the application of the light is used. The design software LucidShape and the 3D design software CREO have simulated the reflector of the light in the far and near light integration and the simple heat dissipation design and the exterior design. The car headlights designed in this paper have the following innovation points: 1. compared with the multi LED headlights, the structure is compact and the general halogen light consumption is 55W, The power consumption of the LED near light lamp in this paper is only 2.4W, which is used for the future pure electric vehicle. It has obvious energy saving advantage.2. and the low cost.3. overall structure of the mold is only 100mm* 110mm compared with the LED independent design of the light lamp / light lamp. The combination value of the far and near light size is only equivalent to the traditional one. The size (GB T 4659-84< headlamp type, main size and connection size >), compared with the traditional headlights, it is beneficial to the streamline design of the car body. The design of the radiator and the overall high cutting degree, the overall design is simple and beautiful, and the model is highly applicable.
