变压器油中溶解气体光声光谱检测技术研究

【摘要】:光声光谱技术具有选择性好、检测范围宽、准确度高和免维护等优点,基于光声光谱气体检测原理和变压器油中溶解气体的吸收光谱特征,对油中溶解气体进行定性和定量分析,构建了结合动态顶空脱气和光声光谱检测的微量气体检测装置,研究检测器内部噪声、环境温度和湿度等对检测结果的影响,结合现场数据和实验分析空气湿度的影响并提出解决方案,对比检测了取自现场变压器的油样,结果达到了IEC和相关国家标准的要求。
[Abstract]:Photoacoustic spectroscopy has the advantages of good selectivity, wide detection range, high accuracy and no maintenance. Based on the principle of photoacoustic spectrum gas detection and the absorption spectrum characteristics of dissolved gas in transformer oil, Qualitative and quantitative analysis of dissolved gases in oil was carried out. A micro gas detection device combined with dynamic headspace degassing and photoacoustic spectroscopy was constructed to study the effects of detector internal noise, ambient temperature and humidity on the detection results. Combined with field data and experiments, the effect of air humidity was analyzed and a solution was put forward. The oil samples taken from field transformers were compared and tested. The results reached the requirements of IEC and relevant national standards.
