中压断路器多参数状态采集装置的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着近些年来电子技术与计算机网络技术的高速发展,人工智能技术也逐渐在各个行业中得以运用。在电力系统中,由于传感技术发展和电子元器件的日益精密化、专业化和智能化的发展,对电力系统的发、输、变各个环节中的设备运行都提出了自动化和智能化的要求。作为电力系统中的重要设备的断路器,其工作的智能化要求也理所当然的被提出。由于断路器的结构一般都比较复杂,且其运行环境都较恶劣,传统的人工检测已经很难满足当前的智能化要求,此时需要利用当前先进的电子技术、传感技术与计算机技术等对断路器的工作运行状态进行实时在线监测,以提高其工作的智能化程度。本文结合传感器技术、信号处理技术、计算机技术,以TI公司的TMS28335MCU芯片为核心平台,以断路器为研究对象,实时检测断路器的机械特性及状态特性。例如分合闸电流、断路器触头行程、断路器触头臂温度等。并且根据这些状态分析研究,当分析发现断路器故障异常时,以TMS28335为核心平台的监控设备通过开出对断路器进行保护和控制,同时将采集的数据通过装置的串口实时上传给上一控制层。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer network technology in recent years, artificial intelligence technology has been gradually used in various industries. In power system, due to the development of sensing technology and the increasingly precision of electronic components and the development of specialization and intelligence, the requirements of automation and intelligence are put forward for the generation, transmission and operation of equipment in every link of power system. As an important equipment in power system, the intelligent working requirement of circuit breaker is put forward. Because the structure of circuit breaker is generally complex and its operating environment is bad, it is difficult for traditional manual detection to meet the current intelligent requirements. At this time, it is necessary to utilize the current advanced electronic technology. Sensor technology and computer technology are used to monitor the working state of circuit breaker in order to improve the intelligence of the circuit breaker. This paper combines sensor technology, signal processing technology, computer technology, taking the TMS28335MCU chip of TI company as the core platform, taking circuit breaker as the research object, and detecting the mechanical and state characteristics of the circuit breaker in real time. Such as switch-off current, circuit breaker contact stroke, circuit breaker contact arm temperature and so on. And according to these state analysis studies, when the fault of circuit breaker is found to be abnormal, the monitoring equipment with TMS28335 as the core platform can protect and control the circuit breaker by opening out. At the same time, the collected data is uploaded to the control layer through the serial port of the device in real time.
