30兆瓦光伏发电接入系统设计

【摘要】:积极开发利用太阳能资源符合国家的能源战略计划,是山东省社会经济可持续发展的需要,也是山东电源结构调整的需要。本文根据《山东电网“十三五’规划及2020年远景展望(2015年版)》及《莱芜电网“十三五”发展规划》,通过分析莱芜电网的负荷发展情况,提出30兆瓦地面光伏发电工程合理的接入电压等级及接入系统方案,根据接入系统方案,进行相应的系统继电保护、调度自动化及系统通信的方案设计,并进行投资估算。首先,本文介绍了分布式光伏发电和接入系统设计的发展现状,概述了分布式发电的接入对配电网潮流、系统网损和电压水平的影响,介绍了分布式光伏发电的无功输出能力,并给出了接入分布式光伏发电后电网的潮流计算方法。其次,在分析莱芜电网现状和负荷预测的基础上,对接入系统方案的技术要求、工程概况、周边电网概况作了简要说明,通过多方案的比较分析得到最优方案,详细介绍了接入光伏发电系统后潮流计算和短路计算的方法,并分析了本工程对电力系统的影响。再次,本文从线路保护、母线保护、对侧系统保护、失步解列、防孤岛装置等方面介绍了工程的继电保护方案;从调度关系、远动系统、二次安全系统防护、时间环境电能质量监测、调度运行管理系统等方面介绍了工程的调度自动化方案,并对工程的通信系统作了简要介绍;本文也分别给出了各个系统方案的投资估算。最后,对整个工程的技术要求、继电保护、调度自动化和通信系统方案以及接入系统推荐方案的投资估算作了总结。
[Abstract]:The active development and utilization of solar energy resources is in line with the national energy strategic plan, which is the need of the sustainable development of social economy in Shandong Province and the adjustment of the power supply structure of Shandong Province. According to the 13th Five-Year Plan of Shandong Power Grid and the Vision 2020 (2015 Edition) and the 13th Five-Year Plan of Laiwu Power Grid, this paper analyzes the load development of Laiwu Power Grid. This paper presents a reasonable access voltage grade and access system scheme for 30 MW terrestrial photovoltaic power generation project. According to the access system scheme, the corresponding scheme design of relay protection, dispatching automation and system communication is carried out, and the investment is estimated. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status of distributed photovoltaic generation and access system design, summarizes the influence of distributed generation access on distribution network power flow, system loss and voltage level, and introduces the reactive power output capability of distributed photovoltaic generation. The power flow calculation method of the power grid connected to the distributed photovoltaic power generation is also presented. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and load forecasting of Laiwu power network, the technical requirements, engineering situation and peripheral power network profile of the access system scheme are briefly described, and the optimal scheme is obtained through the comparative analysis of multiple schemes. The methods of power flow calculation and short circuit calculation after connecting photovoltaic system are introduced in detail, and the influence of this project on power system is analyzed. Thirdly, this paper introduces the relay protection scheme of the project from the aspects of line protection, bus protection, contralateral system protection, de-stepping, anti-islanding device and so on, from the aspects of dispatching relation, telecontrol system, secondary safety system protection, etc. In this paper, the project dispatching automation scheme is introduced in the aspects of time environment power quality monitoring and dispatching operation management system, and the communication system of the project is briefly introduced, and the investment estimation of each system scheme is also given in this paper. Finally, the investment estimation of the technical requirements, relay protection, dispatching automation and communication system scheme and access system recommendation scheme of the whole project are summarized.
