基于统一支撑平台的电网安稳数据管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】:随着第三代能量管理系统(EMS)在我国电网的实施与应用,现代电力系统的发电、输电、变电、配电、用电和调度各个环节,逐步实现“电力流、信息流、业务流”的高度一体化融合。作为电网第二道防线的安全稳定系统,与变电站综合自动化系统、保护故障信息系统、电网在线预决策系统等电力应用系统相融合,实现数据共享、应用集成,成为电网安稳控制系统的发展趋势。本文通过调查分析电网用户对安稳数据管理系统的功能需求,介绍如何在新一代电网调度自动化系统平台上,进行新型安稳数据管理系统的总体设计,并给出安稳数据管理系统的软、硬件架构以及数据类型;还根据安稳控制系统的特点,设计了新型安稳数据管理系统的基本功能和高级功能方案,并建立了适用于安稳数据管理系统的电网模型以及各模型表的关系架构图;最后介绍给出了安稳数据管理系统的测试环境和测试方案,实现安稳数据管理系统在工程现场的标准化接入。测试分析表明,基于新一代电网调度自动化系统平台的电网安稳数据管理系统可应用于各种规模的电网稳控装置的信息管理,为运行人员对稳控装置的运行行为分析和现代化运行管理提供必要的支持,为电网调度人员安全、准确、迅速地处理电网事故提供信息支持和决策参考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation and application of the third generation energy management system (EMSS) in China's power grid, the power generation, transmission, substation, distribution, power consumption and dispatching of modern power system are gradually realized "power flow, information flow," A highly integrated integration of business flows. As the second line of defense, the security and stability system is integrated with substation integrated automation system, fault protection information system, power network online pre-decision system and other power application systems to achieve data sharing and application integration. It has become the development trend of power grid stability control system. Based on the investigation and analysis of the functional requirements of the security data management system for power grid users, this paper introduces how to carry out the overall design of the new safe and stable data management system on the platform of the new generation power grid dispatching automation system. The software, hardware structure and data type of the security data management system are given, and the basic functions and advanced function schemes of the new security data management system are designed according to the characteristics of the security control system. Finally, the test environment and test scheme of the security data management system are introduced. To realize the standardized access of the secure data management system in the project site. The test results show that the data management system based on the new generation power dispatching automation system can be applied to the information management of power network stability control devices of various scales. It provides necessary support for operation behavior analysis and modern operation management of stabilizer, and provides information support and decision reference for power dispatching personnel to deal with power network accidents safely, accurately and quickly.
