调度自动化PAS系统在卫辉电网中的应用与研究

【摘要】:卫辉电网调度自动化主站采用的山东积成电子的iES600系统,具备数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)和高层应用软件系统(PAS),能为调度员提供实时数据,还能以串口的形式通过Web服务器向公司各级管理及生产人员提供信息发布和数据服务。iES-600系统中的PAS子系统是利用SCADA子系统采集的实时量测和状态数据对电力网络进行分析的系统,具有网络拓扑、状态估计、调度员潮流、静态安全分析、短路电流计算、无功电压优化以及负荷预测等功能。PAS高级应用软件的投入使用,使调度员能够随时在模拟的运行方式下,分析本系统的潮流分布和潮流计算特性;对整个电网的安全水平进行评诂,找出电网运行的薄弱环节;通过电网中无功功率的调节,在满足安全约束和电压质量的条件下实现电网损耗最小化,从而大大减轻了调度员的分析强度,并向调度员提供了灵活可靠的技术手段和及时准确的电网运行信息,为实现卫辉电网经济调度奠定了坚实基础。
[Abstract]:The Shandong Jicheng Electronic iES600 system, which is used in the main station of Weihui Power Grid dispatching automation system, is equipped with a data acquisition and monitoring control system and a high-level application software system, PASA, which can provide real time data for dispatchers. In the form of serial port, the PAS subsystem of the information release and data service. IES-600 system can be provided by the Web server to the management and production personnel at all levels of the company. The PAS subsystem is the real-time measurement and status data collected by the SCADA subsystem to the electric power network. The system for analysis, With network topology, state estimation, dispatcher power flow, static security analysis, short-circuit current calculation, reactive power and voltage optimization, load forecasting and other functions. So that dispatchers can analyze the power flow distribution and power flow calculation characteristics of the system at any time under the simulated operation mode; evaluate the safety level of the whole power network, find out the weak link of the power network operation; through the regulation of reactive power in the power network, Under the condition of satisfying the security constraints and voltage quality, the power network losses are minimized, thus greatly reducing the analysis intensity of the dispatchers, and providing the dispatchers with flexible and reliable technical means and timely and accurate power network operation information. For the realization of Weihui power grid economic dispatch laid a solid foundation.
