压差法气流测量技术在直吹式锅炉的应用研究

【摘要】:电厂锅炉一次风在线监测对锅炉安全和经济运行有着重要意义,但直吹式锅炉一次风由于携带大量煤粉,其风速测量实际上是气固两相流测量问题。随着气固两相流测量技术的发展,直吹式锅炉一次风速在线监测技术难题也得到了不少的研究和应用,但在实际应用中各自有优缺点,本文旨在寻求一种方法简单但成熟可靠且直接精确的解决方案。本文通过研究分析基于压差法的两相流测量基本原理,提出锅炉煤粉两相流测量项目、参数范围、环境条件等基本测量要求以及实现含粉气体流速准确测量的必要条件。在上述分析基础上选择采用传统的单相流接触式压差法测量模型作为理论基础,对测量元件进行清灰防堵结构和防磨结构的设计改造。通过风洞试验分析风速测量元件的各项特性指标,对测速元件和监测系统结构进行改进,以使其适用于气固两相流速度测量,并应用于直吹式制粉系统锅炉一次风速在线监测中。通过在实际工业现场进行的技术改造工程中加装该测量元件,搭建在线监测系统,编制相应的监测系统软件,实现直吹式制粉系统锅炉一次风喷口风速数据的实时处理、显示。在此基础上,分别在锅炉冷、热态下进行标定和验证试验,确定实际的使用效果,并对试验结果和问题进行分析总结。最后对该课题的进一步深化发展提出展望。
[Abstract]:On-line monitoring of boiler primary air in power plant is of great significance to boiler safety and economic operation, but the measurement of wind speed of direct-blown boiler is actually a problem of gas-solid two-phase flow because of carrying a large amount of pulverized coal. With the development of gas-solid two-phase flow measurement technology, the technical problems of on-line monitoring of primary wind speed of direct-blown boiler have been studied and applied, but they have their own advantages and disadvantages in practical application. The purpose of this paper is to find a simple, mature and accurate solution. By studying and analyzing the basic principle of two-phase flow measurement based on pressure difference method, this paper puts forward the basic measurement requirements of boiler pulverized coal two-phase flow, such as measurement items, parameter range and environmental conditions, as well as the necessary conditions for the accurate measurement of flow velocity of pulverized gas. On the basis of the above analysis, the traditional single-phase flow contact pressure difference measurement model is chosen as the theoretical basis to design and transform the ash cleaning and blocking structure and the anti-wear structure of the measuring elements. Through wind tunnel test, the characteristic indexes of wind speed measuring elements are analyzed, and the structure of velocity measuring elements and monitoring system are improved to make them suitable for the velocity measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow. It is applied to the on-line monitoring of the primary wind speed of the boiler in the direct pulverizing system. By installing the measuring element in the technical transformation project of the actual industrial field, setting up the on-line monitoring system and compiling the corresponding monitoring system software, the real-time processing of the wind speed data of the boiler primary air nozzle in the direct-blowing pulverizing system can be realized and displayed. On this basis, the calibration and verification tests were carried out under the cold and hot conditions of the boiler respectively, and the actual application results were determined, and the test results and problems were analyzed and summarized. Finally, the prospect of the further development of the subject is put forward.
