电压无功控制系统(AVC)在电力系统中的应用分析

【摘要】:电力系统及电力企业的基本目标是安全、优质、经济地向用户提供电能,而电压是电能质量重要指标之一,保证电压合格对保证电力系统安全可靠运行、用户安全生产及提高电器设备使用寿命,具有十分重要的意义。电力系统无功源的合理配置与无功潮流的合理分布对保证电压质量具有决定性的作用,故自动电压无功控制装置和软件已然成为提高变电站电压质量及减轻运维人员负担非常重要的手段。在现行的自动电压无功控制装置及软件中,被最广泛使用的是在变电站端安装当地VQC软件或控制装置,该控制装置的工作原理绝大部分是利用九区图法。此外,近几年来也出现了一种根据专家系统基本思想,利用调控中心调度自动化系统的四遥功能,对区域电压无功进行调节并被安装于调控中心的集中电压无功控制系统,该控制系统的缺点是对调控自动化系统的可靠性要求非常严格,需要考虑足够的安全措施。本文主要针对电力系统电压无功管理与控制存在的相关问题,基于对电压无功控制系统(AVC)技术及控制策略的研究,针对自动电压控制系统(AVC)在电力系统实际运行中存在的问题和弊端,提出了修改控制策略、改变参数设置等相关方案,并对改进后控制系统运行效果进行跟踪分析。可使AVC系统运行更合理有效,从而达到提高电网运行效益、降低调控员工作强度、保障电网安全稳定运行的实际效果。同时,本文以浙江省杭州市余杭区电力系统为例,分析了上述AVC控制系统改善措施及方案的实实际运行效果,进一步验证理论方法的实践意义。
[Abstract]:The basic goal of power system and power enterprise is to provide electricity to users safely, high-quality and economically, and voltage is one of the important indexes of power quality. It is of great significance for users to work safely and to improve the service life of electrical equipment. The rational allocation of reactive power source and the rational distribution of reactive power flow in power system play a decisive role in ensuring the voltage quality. Therefore, automatic voltage and reactive power control devices and software have become very important means to improve substation voltage quality and reduce the burden of operation and maintenance personnel. In the current automatic voltage and reactive power control device and software, the most widely used is the installation of local VQC software or control device at the substation end. The working principle of the control device is mostly using the nine-zone diagram method. In addition, in recent years, according to the basic idea of expert system, a centralized voltage and reactive power control system based on the four remote functions of the control center dispatching automation system has been developed to regulate the regional voltage and reactive power and be installed in the control center. The disadvantage of the control system is that it is very strict to the reliability of the control automation system, and it needs to consider sufficient safety measures. This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in voltage and reactive power management and control in power system, based on the research of voltage and reactive power control system (VVC) technology and control strategy. In view of the problems and disadvantages of AVC (automatic Voltage Control system) in the actual operation of power system, this paper puts forward some related schemes, such as modifying control strategy and changing parameter setting, and analyzes the operation effect of the improved control system. It can make the operation of AVC system more reasonable and effective, so as to improve the efficiency of power grid operation, reduce the working intensity of the regulator, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid. At the same time, taking the electric power system of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper analyzes the actual operation effect of the above AVC control system improvement measures and schemes, and further verifies the practical significance of the theoretical method.
