基于可靠性的中低压配电网规划研究

【摘要】:科学合理的电网规划是确保未来城镇电网安全性、可靠性、经济性的先决条件。供电可靠性评估则是电网规划的重要组成部分,是电网规划最重要的功能模块之一。通过电网供电可靠性评估,可以为电网规划、设计提供决策依据,对今后电网的建设具有很强的指导意义。本文首先对基于可靠性的配电网规划理论进行了深入的研究,分别介绍了电网现状分析方法和分析内容,提出了较为全面反映配电网可靠性的指标,分析了负荷预测方法各自的优缺点和适用范围,在依照配电网规划准则的基础上,提出配电网规划方案,同时对配电网可靠性、线损以及抗灾能力进行评估。本文以绍兴钱清镇最为配电网规划实例,深入分析了目标地区配电网结构,采用了空间负荷预测及多种预测方法预测了规划地区社会总用电量、最大负荷等数据,并以多种可靠性指标为依据,按照规划钱清镇配电网规划的要求和准则,提出多种规划方案,并对各个方案进行可靠性、线损以及抗灾能力评估,规划建设一个结构合理、可靠性较高的现代化配电网。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable power network planning is a prerequisite to ensure the safety, reliability and economy of urban power grid in the future. Power supply reliability evaluation is an important part of power network planning and one of the most important function modules. Through the reliability evaluation of power supply, it can provide decision basis for power network planning and design, and has a strong guiding significance for the construction of power grid in the future. In this paper, the theory of distribution network planning based on reliability is studied deeply, the analysis methods and contents of power network status are introduced, and the indexes reflecting the reliability of distribution network are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of load forecasting methods and their applicable scope are analyzed. Based on the distribution network planning criteria, a distribution network planning scheme is proposed. At the same time, the reliability, line loss and disaster resistance of distribution network are evaluated. Taking Qianqing Town of Shaoxing as the most important example of distribution network planning, this paper analyzes the distribution network structure of the target area in depth, and uses spatial load forecasting and various forecasting methods to predict the data of total social electricity consumption and maximum load in the planned area. On the basis of various reliability indexes and according to the requirements and criteria of planning Qian Qing town distribution network planning, various planning schemes are put forward, and the reliability, line loss and disaster resistance ability of each scheme are evaluated, and a reasonable structure is planned and built.
